Summary: While working the night shift at an old Hollywood hotel with a reputation for being haunted, Mickey makes a strange connection with one of the guests, aspiring actor Ian Gallagher. Except that the hotel has no record of Ian, and no one other than Mickey ever sees him.

The more time he spends with Ian, the less Mickey is sure what is real and what isn’t. But one thing is true: Mickey is going to find a way for them to be together.

Gallavich Fanart Masquerade 2024

It's here! Our first ever fanart-only event (thanks @michellemisfit for the idea!).

The rules are pretty similar to the fanfiction masquerade. In a Masquerade, artists will create fanarts anonymously, attempting to create something in a style different from their usual in order to fool the "admirers". These fanarts will all be revealed at the same time on May 12th - our Fanart Masquerade Ball! - and admirers (who may also be other fanartists) will have two weeks to attempt to guess who's behind each mask, that is, who did which fanart.

Ok so this will inspire lots of barbecuing content, right? 😅

Just off the top of my head-

  • Post finale Gallavich purchasing a small bbq for their balcony and experimenting with food
  • West Side neighbours finding out Ian and Mickey barbecue and wanting to be friends
  • Gallagher cookouts over the years
  • Early seasons Ian and MIckey going to the expensive parts of the city and sneaking into an empty house with a grill
  • Ian knowing when Mickey comes out of jail and surprising him with a BBQ
  • Ian and Mickey go camping and have to cook food on a tiny grill
  • AU - Foodie Ian meeting BBQ fanatic Mickey at a food festival
  • AU - Neighbours meeting because one is cooking and the other can smell it
  • AU - grilling contest where Ian and Mickey are competitors
  • Ian and Mickey go on vacation and there’s a fancy grill which they try out for the first time
  • Lip buys a fancy grill and invites the family around, somehow Ian and Mickey end up in charge of it
  • AU - popup restaurant with waiter Ian and chef Mickey who doesn’t like to be rushed
  • AU - food critic Mickey and newbie BBQ griller Ian with his special tomatoes

What other barbecue ideas do people have? 👀💖
