"Do you ever wonder what the fuck we did to deserve this?"
Jo shook her head as Mary chased Scarlett around the living room. “You’ve got me.”
“I really should have ran when I had the chance.” Ruby rolled her eyes, watching the two kids fight each other over a dress. “Want to babysit for eighteen years while I take a vacation?”
"So, where did she get the makeup brush from?"
Sam shrugged. “She saw it in the store and wouldn’t let go. You know I can’t say no to her.”
Sam bit his lip. “Cause I lost her. Just briefly.”
Ruby’s eyes flicked black for a second, her head snapping to look at him so quickly it would have broke her neck if she had been human. “you lost my child.”
"So, where did she get the makeup brush from?"
Sam shrugged. “She saw it in the store and wouldn’t let go. You know I can’t say no to her.”
Sam rolled his eyes as he scooped Scarlett up and handed her to her mother.
“....why were you in the makeup aisle anyway?” Ruby raised an eyebrow, holding Scarlett gently on her hip. She tried to pry the brush from her hands to no avail. “really kiddo?”
"Do you ever wonder what the fuck we did to deserve this?"
Jo shook her head as Mary chased Scarlett around the living room. “You’ve got me.”
“I’m supposed to be a terrifying, soul-less monster from hell.” Ruby winced when Scarlett shrieked loudly. “how did I end up watching two toddlers play dress up, fighting over the pink dress?”
"So, where did she get the makeup brush from?"
Sam shrugged. “She saw it in the store and wouldn’t let go. You know I can’t say no to her.”
“Well when you actually buy makeup for her to use it with, I’ll be worried.” Ruby rolled her yes. “You say No an awful lot to struggle saying it to her.”
Sam rolled his eyes. “It’s not my fault I want to spoil her.”
“That is absolutely your fault.” Ruby shook her head defensively “You are literally at fault for not saying no.”
Sam pouted. “Ruby…”
“Don’t ruby me.” She rolled her eyes. “give her here. So I can take the whore paint from the toddler”

“Exactly. Lets see how long it takes him to figure out. It could be in 16 years when your kid comes home saying he knocked someone up.” Ruby sat on the table top. “I mean, we both know he won’t let me near it if he knows so..”
Jo rolled her eyes. “You’re so weird.”
‘You’re the one willingly growing a Winchester. And you say I'm weird?” Ruby teased in response. “come on. I want fries.”

Jo snorted. “Yeah. Everyone knows babies love killing people.”
“If I were a baby, i’d kill people. It’s the perfect cover. People think you’re innocent and cute.” ruby pointed out. “Or it kills you from the inside out,”

Jo sighed and shook her head. “Ruby, you’re really not helping.”
“How can I really help though?” She pointed out. “I’m not the one growing a monster.”
“It’s a baby. Not a monster!”
“There is no difference.” Ruby rolled her eyes. “They do the same thing.”
