I have an update I’d like to mention that this blog might close in the next week or so. However, I’m considering making a whole new account for my art, since this one is connected to my personal. I’ll post the new page on here when I have that up.

Cuz I love my OC and wanted to share her on here for Overwatch OC Week. Name: Aika Aiino Codename: Maneki Age: 36 Height: 5′3″ Gender: Female Affiliation: Blackwatch (formerly), Overwatch (recall) Hero Class: Defense Health: 250 (Armor: 50) Base of Operations: Lijiang, China
Bio: Aika is the daughter of a young yakuza thug, who affectionately called her "Maneki" because of her love for Maneki-neko. Due to her father working with the Shimada clan, Maneki gained a variety of skills, such as hacking security systems and wielding assault weapons. However, she did not approve of this lifestyle and, at age 14, hopped an airplane to Colorado. . Upon reaching there, Maneki overheard about Overwatch, hacking into the security system to enter and inquire of joining the organization. Irritated, but impressed with her skills, she was issued to Blackwatch under Gabriel Reyes. Over time, she became an elite member, along with Jesse McCree. On the attack of the Swiss Unit, Maneki refused to kill any other Overwatch member, including Doctor Ziegler. She was left with both eyes severely damaged and hands shot off by an unknown Blackwatch member. . After several surgeries and procedures, Maneki was able to gain her sight back, but became colorblind. Prosthetic hands were custom-made to replace her severed ones. Once Maneki got accustomed to her changes, she designed her own combat gauntlets to use as defense and was never heard from again. . Several appearances of her surfaced while taking out a Talon group in Lijiang Tower. She was also called on by Winston during the Overwatch Recall. Weapon: Paw Gauntlets designed to withstand a high amount of heat. Swings like Reinhardt's hammer, with two swipes per second. Range: 3 meters Damage: 60
Abilities L Shift- Paw Dash Uses her gauntlets' fire power to propel her forward. Duration: 1 second. Cool down: 7 seconds E- Neko Bomb Paws of the gauntlets open to shoot out small balls of fire, one for each paw. Range: 6 meters. Duration: .5 seconds. Cool down: 5 seconds Damage: 70 Ultimate- Fortune Swipe Both gauntlet paws are raised at to a high heat. Whatever enemy gets swiped will have a lingering heat, sapping some health from them. Duration: 6 seconds. Damage: 80
