It’s so discouraging to have to lose weight you already lost before

what i really don’t get about older generations shitting on online friendships is that they seem to forget that before the internet, people used to have pen pals. they put up ads in a newspaper seeking people who shared their interests they could exchange letters with. and often they wrote to each other for years, even decades. maybe they never met but they still considered each other friends, someone they could talk to, someone they could trust.

today’s online friendships are practically the same, except we don’t have to wait for weeks/months for a reply anymore.

my rules for march 2019:

(i cant belive im really doing this, but i need some motivation and its better for me to put it online lol) 

1. drink green tea at the morning and evening  2. DONT SKIP YOUR WORKOUT. if you are really tired, its okay to have 1 day break, but that doesnt mean you are gonna eat like a elephant that day and at the end you will stop working out.  3. at weekends, exercise at morning before (light) breakfast  4. at week exercise after school or in evening (but after school, before meal is better)  5. eat light meals throughout the day, you can have bigger meal on dinner  6. cut out junk food. when you have cravings, buy some fruit.  7. sTAY MOTIVATED!! LOOK ON TUMBLR, SOME KPOP IDOL VIDEOS, LOOK AT YOUR HARDWORKING FRIEND WHOS TRYING TO BE HEATLHIER TOO, CHANGE YOU PHONE BACKGROUND WEEKELY TO SOME NEW THINSPO TO STAY MOTIVATED.  8. DANCE!! dont be so lazy, you wanna be good dancer but you are doing nothing for it. get up and dance.  9. try to be more flexibile. at least, when you skip workout or dancing, stretch. it can be really painful, but no pain no gain

you can do it. i know you are trying to lose weight for over the year now, and you are just loosing and gaining the same 8 pounds, but this time is different. foccus on your goals only. you can do it.
