With my mind on the war on Ukraine i made this print of Ukrainian traditional dress. All the proceeds of this print will go to the UNHCR, to help the refugees from Ukraine. If you want one, you can go to my webshop and order one!! I'm paying for paper and ink, so one sale means everything goes to UNHCR. All bits help!

‘relationships are work’ means ‘you have to put effort into loving each other intentionally & learning how to love each other and communicating properly’ not ‘your relationship makes you feel stressed and sad most of the time & the other person disrespects you and treats you bad but you stay anyway’

Fragments of Glass Floral Inlays

Egypt, Ptolemaic Period–Roman Period, (1st century BCE–1st century CE)

In ancient Rome, there was a high demand for colorful glass that could dazzle banquet guests alongside the expensive silver and gold serving wares meant to impress. Fragments like these would have once been a part of larger mosaic dishes.

i hate when people critique movies by saying “nothing happened” as if the only measurement of a films quality is the amount plot you can jam in it. are shapes and colours not fucking enough for you. can’t you just vibe. the only movies i care about are about people stumbling around in midst of an unsettling atmosphere, making obscure references with fuck-all being explained all while i feel indescribable emotions to big for my heart looking at the screen. everything else is trivial

Sir Gawain and the Green Knight explores one of the oldest and most profound narrative archetypes, to wit: "What if there was this really weird guy who showed up?"
