"LET'S GO!"
Cue a man with brown hair walking through the halls of the SDM. He stood at six feet and seven inches and seemed like he could break a building by walking into it. What was he looking for?
"What’re you doing here?" she questioned, her head poking out of a doorway near the man. It figured Flandre would be curious; people did not often just wander into the mansion, particularly people she did not know.
"How much did you see?"
He asked the girl as he whipped around, his voice deep and booming.
"Did you see it? The horrible truth?"
He walked slowly toward her and bent down, looking her directly in the eyes.
"Cause if you saw it....that'd be bad...that'd be really bad."
Hriob would notice a very tall man, perhaps even taller than he, walking through the forest. Katana sheathed on the left side of his waist, he was carrying a very large boulder with just his right hand. Who was he?
The man’s presence was not unnoticed… no, not at all.
Here was a presence drawing in energy, but only a small ‘wavelength’ of such, not the wider range of energies Hriob had learned to tap into and convert…
Teleporting closer silently, using his skill at tracking to avoid detection, he notes other features… …male… height perhaps an inch taller than me… he’s carrying a boulder with ease in his right hand, or a facsimile thereof… strength will be near my limits approximately, as a lower limit…
Then he notes the sword on the left… and frowns a little more…
…the katana… Meira’s earned my respect and trust with using a blade… doesn’t mean I trust this one with a weapon like that…
Memorizing the aura and the feel of a chi-absorber, he again teleports silently, moving further away to check his secure hiding spots.
Jeno stopped moving for a moment. He sensed something, something that wasn't supposed to be there. Normally Hriob could go unnoticed, but Jeno's instinct was beyond average and he knew he was being watched.
"Oi..."
He muttered under his breath as he placed the boulder down and turned to face the direction behind him.
"It ain't kind to spy on people, if you wanna say hi, just do so."
"Eyyyy Keine-san! How goes the teaching business!?"
Keine huffed. She recognized this man… she knew exactly who he was. An old student of hers, basically.
"It’s you again," she sighs, "It’s been fine, I suppose. I hope you haven’t been causing anymore trouble lately."
"Aw, don't be like that! It's been so long since I returned to the village. I was hoping to catch up on old times!"
What old times? You rarely went to school.
Lulu’s face showed no intimidation nor fear as she looked to the tall man. Though her appearance deemed her adorable, she seemed to be emotionless, in a sense, as her expression never changed. Reaching up, she pushed back a few strands of her hair.
"Nice to meet you, Nakajima-san. I am Usui Lulu. I don’t meet very many new people, but I suppose a ‘pleasure to meet you’ is in order, although I did say that just a few seconds ago." She gave a curtsy, bowing her head a bit.
"Usui Lulu, that's a nice name. Usually people's names are so boring, but yours got a nice ring to it. I like it."
Jeno was a man who lived for excitement, so for him to compliment your name was a big deal, though she probably wouldn't care either way.
"So what brings you here? Have you gotten lost?"
— { ♣ } — “Gensokyo? I have never heard of such a village…" Mikoto bites her bottom lip slightly, clasping her hands in front of her. Even if she did look slightly worried, she hardly reacted to the fact that demons and black magic were afoot in wherever she was, “Gomen, stanger-san, but I think I may be lost…”
"That's one of the ways someone can get to Gensokyo, but it's kinda hard to explain. Ah! How rude of me, my name is Jeno Nakajima, nice to meet ya!"
He was sure a lively one wasn't he? With that booming voice and excited nature.
"In any case, the way to get out of Gensokyo is to visit the shrine maiden who lives over yonder, she can get ya back to your own world."
⊰もゲ子⊱— "…Mogee….." She stayed silent for a little while, just trying to keep her rising anger down. “…They sure know how to make someone vexed…” For a distraction, she turned back to him with a weary smile. “Oh, yes yes yes! Moge-ko hasn’t forgotten about you! No, no! Who’re you? You got a name?”
"Name's Jeno Nakajima, just a humble wanderer in this land of Gensokyo. One who seeks adventure."
He was one heck of an adrenaline junkie after all, always seeking all kinds of adventures and fun situations. He was never in one spot for long.
— { ♣ } — Blinking at the sound of the voice, Mikoto tilts her head slightly at the other, smiling calmly and serenely in response, “Ah? Where exactly might here be, stranger-san?”
"Yer in Gensokyo, where else? The realm of youkai and witches. Specifically, you're standing in the forest of magic."
Jeno said this to her as if Gensokyo was a popular tourist destination and everyone knew about it. He was just so straight forward about it that one could probably easily believe him too.
"Thanks, then. For welcoming me, I suppose. It’s not every day I meet a new person." Lulu inclined her head, curious.
Didn't she seem adorable? She was just so cute. He couldn't help but feel his smile widen. He did love adorable things after all, it was just his style. It's why he hung out with the fairies all the time, he had a soft spot for this kinda thing.
"Name's Jeno Nakajima! I meet new people all the time, then again, in a place like Gensokyo, how can you not, people are everywhere!"
His voice was loud and booming, not to mention he stood at six feet and seven inches. An intimidating figure indeed.
The ash-haired replied with a nod, not wanting to be rude but also not one of introduction in a first-meeting basis. Well, he doesn’t seem to be causing any harm, so no worries there.
"Then you’re not a ordinary human if you wander around knowing full well of the dangers," She said with a mild admiration for this lad’s statement. Surely, he’ll me various kinds and if he gets lucky to meet those two…
"Mokou. And I’m just a health nut running a Yakitori stand." Among other things, of course, but he should ask someone else for that.
So she was a person who sold stuff? The last time he ran into one of those was when he accidentally broke Mystia's stand, that was an incident he did not want to relive.
"Nice to meet ya Mokou! Oh and I know full well of the dangers, they're what makes life interestin'! If life don't have a bit of danger, it gets boring and I don't like that. Takin' risks, that's how you live! To feel that adrenaline flow through your veins! I wrestle with youkai on a daily basis, go to parties with the Oni, go flyin' with the tengu! It's the life, I tell ya."
He wasn't even exaggerating, this was how he lived his daily life.
"Hmm you seem new around here."
The man stood at six feet, seven inches and looked like he could take out a building by running into it. Though his face was painted with a friendly smile.
"Hey there! How are ya?"
⊰もゲ子⊱—”Well, all worlds work in strange ways, yeess?~” Hearing him talk this one ‘Yukari’ person, she only wanted to approach her further. Hmph. That”ll be later though. “Oh, now before Moge-ko forgets…Have you seen any yellow cat-things? They have beady eyes, and pig-like tails and cat ears- like mine.” Once she found them she was going to skin them all alive for getting her here. At least she was assuming they were involved.
"Can't say I have, I think I'd remember something like that. Though if I see em' I'll be sure to tell ya."
He didn't know what she was planning for them, nor did he really care. She seemed friendly enough to him anyways.
"You seem to be the fiery, motivating type." He doesn’t look like a human of a human village-variety from the looks of it. "I suppose you’re not here to just wander around, do you?"
"That's actually what I do. I wander around Gensokyo looking for adventure! Name's Jeno Nakajima, nice to meet ya!"
The man stood at six feet and seven inches, he was a giant of a person.
"Allow me to personally welcome you to my humble abode!"
Which was just a shack.
"Things seem to be a bit slow today."
"Then you just gotta grasp the day by it's throat and turn it into something awesome!"
