folklore lyric parallels: haunted (2010) → exile (2020)
in one of the reviews on folklore they compared taylor to shakespeare and said it is widely known he also wrote some of his best work during a pandemic (the plague)…..it is proven again taylor > shakespeare
reputation stans suddenly becoming folklore stans
SHE’S A FREAKING GENIUS
you put me on and said i was your favorite
idk how to explain this but red and folklore both have autumn vibes but in different aspects
red is the leaves changing color and feeling the crunch underneath your feet. red is your scarf, wrapped around your neck. red is jumping into a pile of leaves. red is driving down the street, watching the world blur around you.
while folklore is a rainy day. folklore is the rain washing the leaves away. folklore is also the morning after a storm. folklore is the dew drops on blades of grass and the fog. folklore is the steam from your tea keeping you warm.
folklore joined reputation and lover
do we need to scope out the entire neighborhood to see what taylor’s future eras are going to be like
seven taylor swift // wuthering heights emily brontë
folklore is for the lonely, for the lost, for the quiet, for the happy, for the sad, for the nostalgic, for the lovers of words/people/stories/music. folklore is for you and for me.
it's a cuddle, especially for the introverts, the depressed souls, the anxious ones, it is for us, you and me.
