More like has ever Fael needed Dorian to carry him? The answer is yes, but none of them was in the mood to enjoy that at the moment >:3c Fyi, after Solas removes the mark, Fael is left with a bloody mess of an arm kept together by the armor brace, he is beyond exaustion after not being able to sleep properly for weeks, and he’s running over one (1) cup of coffee and half a cookie. It’s a miracle that he keeps breathing long enough for them to reach Halamshiral.

It is with excitement and optimism that we present to you the new cover for Fortitudo. Due to reasons both personal and professional, we have decided to part ways with our cover artist, and enlisted @xla-hainex to illustrate a new piece that we feel successfully captures a similar spirit and character as the original. David Gaider has already seen it and given his blessing 🎉
All backers are eligible for the updated version. Simply complete this google doc form with the email address and name you donated under, and you will receive a new download link within the week.
We managed to halt the mass printing at the eleventh hour, which is good news for those who had missed out pledging for the physical book during the fundraiser. An additional 100 copies have since been ordered and will be available for purchase at the end of this month!
All proceeds of the extra sales will go to Humsafar Trust, the oldest LGBTQ organisation in India, founded by writer and activist, Ashok Row Kavi.

These are just 2 of the various Valkyrie concept designs that were drawn up for the movie Thor: Ragnarok, and instead they went with a very bland, ugly, and boobtastic design. Even if the producers were worried that the color palette was too close to Hela’s, you can still take the armor itself and adjust the colors a bit. Just… what a shame we didn’t get to see this Valkyrie on the big screen. Hopefully, future movies will give her the kickass design she deserves.

Lucyndriel Wintrish (Human, Wild Magic Sorcerer)
Starting 2018 with a portrait of my character for the D&D campaign we’ve just started (Curse of the Crimson Throne adventure path). We’ve only had 2 sessions so far, but i’m so on love with her already.
I’m also drawing the portraits for the rest of our party (everyone has made such wonderfully interesting characters!!) - coming soon! :) Hopefully i’ll also have time to do more drawings of Lucy in her adventures.

Sayuri first came to Eorzea with the Doman refugees and it took her a little while to get used to the new land she was in.
No matter where she is, she remained a true Samurai, always looking forward to go back home and restart the war to free her people and reestablish her prince.

Lucien, tell me about yourself. Where are you from? How did you get into adventuring?
Lucien was born in Ul’dah, the only son of what’s left of a once prominent family, now keeping their poverty a secret and living of appearances and former glory.
Since he can remember, Lucien wanted to be part of the Sultansworn. Strong, honorable paladins bound to the protection of the Sultanate. But his family couldn’t afford any type of training or education, so Lucien signed up as a gladiator at an early age, taking advantage of the fact he had always been tall and strong for his age and that no one in Ul’dah would care that a child was fighting in the arena as long as he kept winning.
As the years went by, Lucien was able to provide his family some economical comfort, but unfortunately that led to his parents trying and catch up with the Ul’dah’s high society lifestyle and assembling an impossible amount of debt.
All the combat training and experience as a gladiator allowed Lucien to be easily accepted as an Immortal Flames’ recruit when he came of age, just before the Calamity hit.
Around a year before meeting the scions, already Lieutenant Lucien Reed of the Immortal Flames, an example of duty, responsibility and honor, he fulfilled his childhood dream and joined the Sultansworn.
Up until the time he was forced to seek exile in Ishgard…
Then everything changed.
