Blorbo.Social

I'm an admin of Blorbo.Social, which is a Mastodon community of fandom nerds, connected to the Fediverse. We talk about our favourite blorbos from our shows, create fanart, fanfic, fanvids and other transformative works, and share our weird unique selves.

If you'd like to join us, it's pretty easy. Go to the Blorbo.Social sign-in page, provide an email address, username & password, and briefly tell us why you want to join. As long as you say something about blorbos or fandom in your answer, we're very likely to accept your application. (The sign-up question is mostly to screen out bots and scammers.)

Then find some people and hashtags to follow, and your Home timeline will start filling up. You can look on the Local and Federated timelines to find more people to follow.

TGCF is so funny. Imagine if the plot of Lord of the Rings also featured Gandalf in a romcom with the Witch King of Angmar. That's what the other characters in the story are going through. Asexual trash god grandpa discovers he's actually demisexual trash god grandpa, interrupts this regularly scheduled apocalypse for spring romance shenanigans with the goth badboy everyone else is piss-their-pants terrified of.

Modern AU chengxuan where the Jiang brothers are the good “bad boys” of Gusu Lan private school and Jin Zixuan is the rich kid who secretely yearns for their freedom and crushes on the younger, less “prodigy” brother.

Jin Zixuan’s parents also own half the town and also just so happen to be best friends with the Jiang family, so their worlds colided from a young age, but to Zixuan’s detriment, he was bethroted to Yanli instead of making his own choice.

 Not that he’d ever share his feelings to Jiang Cheng… not even during their bike rides where Jiang Cheng is tasked to pick up Zixuan for a family meeting because his father is too busy and they spend a long drive holding onto each other to balance out the bumpy road.

I know we gush a lot about how romantic it is that LWJ is so die hard for WWX that he’s never so much as thought of romance before or since meeting WWX, but how insane must LWJ feel when he realizes that flirty bad boy rebel WWX is the same way. For him.
