forget me not - a note from the mun

hello everybody. 

it’s been over 4 months since i’ve even logged onto this account. to the point where it actually took me about 5 tries to log on because i couldn’t remember my email and password... (whoops)

truth be told, alfons’ fandom is extremely dry. that makes roleplaying him very very difficult and quite honestly, i’ve moved away to a different fandom, far away from people on here who have done some really shitty stuff and it’s been... really nice honestly. i’ve felt very welcomed there and really enjoyed myself.

but that doesn’t mean i’m gonna forget alfons or everything that he and his character have done for me in the past six years (woah) that i’ve been writing as him. i still love him. he will forever be my gay rocket nerd. and i can never thank him enough for the relief he gave me through a lot of hard times. 

and i can also never thank all of you enough for constantly supporting and encouraging me to write as this super minor character. it’s really meant a lot and really helped my writing evolve and develop. 

i’m gonna keep this account up-- for anyone who enjoys looking back at it, or if, somehow, i come back to it one day-- but i doubt it will be updated again. 

but thank you, it’s been fun.

Parents

His mother and father are named Madeline and Lukas Heiderich respectfully. They met in Munich at the ages of 20 and 22, married two years later once Madeline was done with university, and Madeline had Alfons in Munich at 24.

Lukas was born as Lukas Wehrner Heiderich and raised in Germany, living in Munich his entire life. He was the only child of parents Wehrner and Alice Heiderich. He is tall, with broad shoulders and strong hands. Dark blond hair and blue-grey eyes with a defined jaw give him a ‘classic German’ look. He is of approximately average intelligence and has lived his life working physical labor jobs, as he’s not one for sciences or languages. He believes firmly in determination and hard work, but is kind-hearted and has a very good sense of humor.

Madeline was born as Madeline Maria Hess and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She’s the youngest of three children belonging to George and Patricia Hess. Patricia was a first generation German immigrant and George was born and raised in the States, so the children grew up speaking both German and English. When Madeline was ten, her parents divorced. She moved back to Germany with her mother and her oldest brother, Van, and adopted her mother’s maiden name, Hohenheim*. Her other brother, Rudolf, stayed in the states with their father and kept the last name Hess. Madeline is tall and thin, with slender fingers and a thin face. She has bright blue eyes and pale, wavy blonde hair. She is extremely intelligent and a talented pianist, but dreamer at heart, with a soft spot for charm and romance.

*This bit with Van and the last name Hohenheim is for Modern!AU’s where the Elrics and Alfons are cousins, which is pretty much every Modern!AU I write except for EdHei!AU’s.

Don't Forget Me - The Red Hot Chilli Peppers is one if my top Hei/Ed songs, but I may be biast towards the band. The Five Click - We're Empty is another, but if I was just thinking of 'Fons songs, I'd say Will I - Rent and Give Me Love - Ed Sheerhan, maybe I'll think of others later, I normally have things written down so my memory for them is gone now.

If you're referring to my list from my personal that I reblogged, then I actually put "We're Empty" on there!! :D I love that song for Alfons and Ed~ I just called it "Empty" instead- I think it's known by both titles.

And ooooh! Yeah! Give Me Love is great! I especially love Ed Sheeran's version of The Parting Glass at the end, which is really EdHei to me ebcause of this heartbreaking amazing comic that my friend kit ( anemoneink ) made! :D

But thanks for those other songs! I'll go listen to them asap!
