Happy Stroganoff Sunday
So this is the recipe for “Beef Stroganoff” from the Kikkoman website, which is basically what they cooked.
Not traditional, but this would seem to be a Japanese take on it. I cannot speak to the popularity of the dish in Japan, but that could be why they used a recipe similar to this one.

someone on tiktok made a "soup" from milk mixed with maybe sour cream as the broth and ground beef (fried?) as the solid part of the soup. meat cereal. meareal. she made meareal.
If that's all she did that sounds pretty bad but were there any mushrooms? Egg noodles? She might have just been half-remembering beef stroganoff

Still happening! Unfortunately my life hit some dumb set-backs and I'm kind of caught cleaning up other people's messes, but I'm planning on getting a new PC soon (this one is over 10 years old lol) and will, among other things, start to ramp up development!
