So I'm watching Space's Deepest Secrets on the Science channel

….and it’s the first episode going over the flyby of Pluto by New Horizons. All of the scientists who worked on New Horizons are waiting for confirmation that the craft survived the flyby. I’m all excited because of course it survived…. …But they don’t know that and it makes me feel special. So they finally get confirmation that the spacecraft made it, and in their moment of triumph I hear a familiar background music under their cheers. I’d heard this music before….it was powerful and compelling and made you want to go fight something while shouting about honor and glory. Then it hit me….and I literally jumped out of my fucking chair, smacked my husband on the arm in excitement and screamed… “MOTHERFUCKER, THAT IS THE SONG FROM CASSANDRA’S COMPANION QUEST IN DRAGON AGE: INQUISITION.” He, of course, had no clue what I was talking about and watched me rewind the footage three times (thank god for DVR) and get more and more excited about the goddamn song. One of the greatest moments in scientific history and I lost it over the Dragon Age soundtrack. Long story short, I have problems.
