I finished work one hour ago, had a light New Year’s Eve meal with a coworker at our office, and RN I’m celebrating on the Champs Elysées in Paris with Thomas, Richard, and Chris !

Party at the Barrows’ tonight !
Thomas and I have an early celebration of our 80 months (6 years and 8 months) of love, as well as an early Christmas celebration with Richard and Chris (whom I didn’t want to leave alone for Christmas) !
It will be our 7th Christmas, and Thomas’s and Richard’s first Christmas together !
The four of us have just finished decorating the house and laying a beautiful table, now it’s time to cook our dinner ! Nothing fancy this year, the simpler the better : a green salad with cherry tomatoes, potatoes with raclette cheese, baked apples and Christmas biscuits. Our only treat is a bottle of St Emilion red wine, and Whittard’s black Christmas tea - an Advent gift from my BFF.
She’s not with us tonight as she flew back home a week ago, and will be back for my birthday next month.
After our dinner, we’ll have a night of games, playing the Downton Abbey board game and cards !
I’ll spend both Christmas Eve and Day at work, so Thomas and Richard will go on celebrating with Richard’s mother.

Today my BFF and I finally celebrated my 77 months of love with Thomas, as well as Thomas’s and Richard’s new love ! We had Madeleines du Voyage and Alfred Rothschild champagne, and also drank to Chris’s health ! The 5 of us had great fun !

Back from the 16:25 (that started 15 minutes late because there were so many people queueing in front of the cinema - but not for Downton though) and the 18:50 screenings and now cooking dinner !
THOMAS AND I WOULD HAVE GLADLY SPENT THE WHOLE NIGHT IN THE CINEMA WATCHING ONLY HIS SCENES OVER AND OVER AGAIN… AND THE SCENES OF ALL THE BEAUTIFUL THOMAS / CHRIS AND THOMAS / RICHARD FANFICS BROUGHT TO LIFE !

IT’S 2019 AND I AM STILL IN LOVE WITH THOMAS BARROW...
The Downton Abbey Movie was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT ! It was EVERYTHING I love about Downton, on a grander scale - the scenery, the costumes, the way the scenes were shot, the BEAUTIFUL music so perfectly highlighting the scenes... IT WAS JUST EXTRAORDINARY ! I spent 2 hours in Heaven, in Downton’s world, I watched the movie TWICE and could have watched it OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I’m going again this weekend !
THANK YOU SO MUCH THOMAS FOR THIS MOST BEAUTIFUL PRESENT ON THE DAY WE CELEBRATE OUR 77 MONTHS TOGETHER !
TO SEE YOU AGAIN, AND TO SEE YOU HAPPY - WANTED, LOVED, AND HAPPY ! - MEANS MORE THAN THE WORLD, EVEN MORE THAN THE UNIVERSE TO ME.
