Hello to all new followers who liked and shared my blog in the past few months!
I'm happy with the people I've met on Tumblr and the amazing connections we made. I had come back around the time of the pandemic and mosly used this above all other forms of social media. The real world has enough going on in it already, so this feels like a cozy little corner of the internet to escape to most of the time.

Okay, here we go. Apologies for the wait! Life's been kicking my butt.
Magna x Eirwen
Makes sense, compels me!
I mean, duh. I have a bias. Obviously!
I made Eirwen just to ship her with Magna. That's why she has ice magic to compliment Magna's flame magic. It's kinda funny how the choices I made for her character worked out. According to the manga, Magna describes his ideal partner as:
Now, one would expect someone of that description to be like super hyper or bubbly. And then there's me translating "lively" as: she has anxiety!
Which honestly works out well for their dynamic. Eirwen's anxiousness comes from growing up in an environment where she wasn't given a lot of positive reinforcement. She was born with a lot of magic power yet doesn't have the confidence to use it to its full extent. Meanwhile, Magna is the polar opposite. He has confidence and bravado for days, but his mana pool is on the smaller side. Eirwen has the capacity to keep up with him and then some. She just needs the boost in morale. Magna, being the hype man that he is, definitely sparks that energy in her to keep going. That encouragement helps her come out of her shell a lot more. Once Eirwen starts becoming more sure of herself, Magna falls for her more and more.
Eirwen, in turn, is also very bright and helps remind Magna not to behave so impulsively. She's the overthinker while Magna is a driven go-getter. She helps calm him down when he's about to lose his temper, and he soothes her worries. They make a great team. ❤️
Oscar x Eirwen
Makes sense, compels me! (In a platonic way)
God, these two are cute despite them not being meant to be! It's definitely a "looks good on paper" type of ship.
Oscar is definitely the ideal candidate Eirwen's noble family would want her to marry. He's rich, has an excellent pedigree, and is very intelligent and successful in his field. He is also such a patient, well-mannered gentleman. He would treat Eirwen so well and vice versa.
The sad thing is that Oscar and Eirwen can't exactly grow from one another. Maybe they can help each other with improving their abilities and research. However, they both have very similar personalities and temperament. I feel like they would keep each other in their comfort zones to not rock the boat. Both of them need to grow as people and require someone to motivate them to step out of their comfort zone and give them the courage to do so.
They would make wonderful friends, though. I would love to think of an AU where they were childhood friends that parallel played a lot. I picture Eirwen has fondness for him like that. If they were in an arranged marriage situation, it would definitely be the type where they have separate bedrooms. Not because they dislike one another, but maybe because the lifestyle of the other doesn't align. It would be a prudent marriage where the only passion they have is in their hyperfixations.
the contrast between Magwen does make their dynamic interesting. aside from their attributes, the thug Magna is paired to a noble lady. But deep inside we know that Magna is a good person and he'd protect and love anyone he cares about. He'd punch the host of the king of devils (again for good measure) for Eirwen.
Oscar/Eirwen does work as good friends especially knowing their similar backgrounds. But Oscar is too engrossed with work and golem designing. Eirwen would probably have troubles getting him out of the lab in the first place.
(Thats why Oscar needs Nero because they'll camp in the magic lab and never leave. Next thing you know they built a bird's nest there)

not to be That Person but when people are like “why isn’t there a big fandom culture anymore?” umm…
maybe this is why???? That an author can spend hours (if not days or weeks or months) on something, have 1,800 people read it, and only have THREE people willing to take a few extra seconds out of their day to comment. Not even something as simple as “thanks for sharing” or “second kudos” or “❤️”
I’m not the internet police. You decide what you do with your time. Just don’t be surprised if the result is that creators leave your fandoms. I’m not writing to scream into the void. If that’s what I wanted, I wouldn’t bother posting. Fandom is a community. It’s an exchange of enthusiasm over this thing we all love. And who’s gonna keep showing up at your house with a goodie basket if all you do is take the basket, slam the door, and leave them outside to watch through the window while you eat?

These are different things but people often confuse them.
A little over 8 years ago, a friend of mine, L (name redacted) was hit by her scum-bucket boyfriend. It wasn’t the first time he’d hit her, but it was the first time he’d hit her in front of her best friend J. (name also redacted.) J objected to the abuse, you might say she objected violently to the abuse (which is one of the reasons why the names are redacted even if the statute of limitations should be up.)
After scum-bucket had fled the scene, J decided that L needed some more support, so she called every women she knew. Everyone available showed up to L’s apartment with weapons and booze. Imagine if you will, around 30 women stuffed into a one-bedroom apartment comforting L and passing around the drinks when someone spots scum-bucket’s car pulling into the parking lot.
It was decided that a few ladies would stay in the apartment with L while the rest of us when downstairs to confront scum-bucket and prevent him from entering the building.
Now all of us ladies at that time happened to belong to the same theater group that specialized in swashbuckling plays, lots of sword fights and the like. So, when I say we brought weapons, I mean we brought things like broadswords, battleaxes, crossbows, rapiers and like.
So, scum-bucket gets out of his car and starts walking across the parking lot only to spot 25 or so heavily armed women marching out of the building, raising their weapons and charging at him while screeching like furies.
Scum-bucket had a pretty good sense of self-preservation and the sight of us was inspiring. He ran back to the car and peeled out of the parking light like the hounds of hell were at his heels and I suppose we were.
Anyhow, L never heard from him again. Eventually, she and J started dating and they’ll have been married for 5 years next September.
Okay so, for now I'll be opening 3 slots only. You may choose one animation (example: 1 character blinking), two animations (example: 1 character winking and smiling) or other animations (contact me with more details so I can give you a quote)!
All simple animations will have basic shading, but the more complex ones will only have base colors.
You may ask for simple animations that are not on this list! Just ask me and we'll figure it out.
Please inform me if you have a deadline. Animations take a log longer than a regular illustration, so you'll have to be a bit patient with me. If you have a deadline, I'll of course do my best to meet up to it.
Payment is via paypal or ko-fi! For the time being, I won't be allowing the 4 installments option, so you'll have to pay the full amount upfront.
