I’m reading this absolutely amazing text for uni about “memories” and, basically, how the dominant classes try to install an “official” national memory, but, most of the times, it contradicts heavily with the memories of marginalized groups. So that text focus on this battle between the two kinds of memories fighting for predominance. Urgh it’s so good! I’ve also been drawing lately, these are a few of my sketches!!

8.20 starbucks is honestly such a safe place for me, I just have music and a yummy drink and taking notes for fun on things I enjoy, it’s so relaxing. t-minus 15 days until move in!!!!

[ 23rd december 2016 ] hi, nice to meet this wonderful tumblr community, i’m yan’s cousin, and i’m posting in her place today to share my amateur econs notes!! 🌿🌿 she’d been pestering me to join the community since forever and after just two days of scrolling through her feed i’m hooked :* this is me dabbling with different colours and doodles (full creds to @studywithinspo who is my current fave and inspiration ily) & because this was done on a whim, i have no markers at all, save for a bunch of colour pencils, a single mildliner, and a whole lot of tenacity if this gets positive feedback, i might officially join the studyblr fam!! *cheers*

taking notes out of textbooks always takes so long but its worth it in the end
