— Well. I’d say I love the whole arc of being thrown into the pit? You get to see more dimension of Her character, and her past, and while she may have been an antagonist, seeing Her get pulled out of Her chassis forcefully and painfully, it was very powerful and emotional moment to feel utterly confused if you as Chell, did the right thing. It’s a big shock factor and I found it my favorite part that the creators wrote in.

I passed a hand through my hair, and looked up at the android I had previously embodied - almost - as I pictured Her yellow eye peering back down at me.
“Maybe stop being a bitch.” A paise, and a grin. “But thanks for giving me an excuse for becoming witty and aggresive with being my own self when I was younger. It paid off.” The illusion faded, but I could almost see Her optic flicker, trying to process the compliment and try to communicate before the mirage was destroyed.
Unfortunately, my mind could not make out the words.
