Hmm Idk. I'd imagine he's probably fairly repulsed by romantic stuff, so he'd probably be disturbed/maybe even grossed out a bit. Alternatively; Jimmy doesn't actually react in a negative way to said relationship, he just laughs because 1) He sees it as pathetic and 2) Finds it ridiculous that Ghost is even able to have feelings for people anymore, considering he probably murders or at least scares off anyone who even shows the slightest interest in him. He might also see this as another way to terrorize Ghost.
