— Here are parts from Elektra’s storyline that happened earlier this season for anyone who wants to know more about her or  just wants a little re-cap on how she arrived in season 6 ( Warning: blood + violence ) : 

As Beverley left the graveyard nature went silent. The birds stopped tweeting and the winds halted. It was quiet, too quiet.  All of a sudden a green cloud silently explodes above the leafless tree’s and a curled up figure falls out of It. Elektra! Using her ninja powers she’s located Beverley in Moonlight Falls graveyard. The elite assassin locks onto her target as she flips out of her teleportation cloud. Somersaulting through the air, the ninja manages to land gracefully in her heels. The red and black Japanese and Greek patterns on her stealth costume contrast against the green environment she’s landed in. She was now masks-less and her silky hair tied up. She was ready to assassinate. She watches her target on the move like a cobra. Elektra [thoughts]: ( At last! I’ve teleported all the way from Bridgeport and have enough zen left to get to Japan after I complete my quest. I’ve finally located the witch that holds all the ancient powers of the ‘Black Sky’ inside of her. The Japanese legends have always said the day would come when a special one would have to be assassinated to unlock the ancient power. Today is that day! I’ve found the girl with the ancient power inside of her, Beverley. Her uncle didn’t have any power in him, he was easy to kill, Now It’s her turn! Once I reclaim the ‘Black Sky’ for the league of assassins the ‘the hand’ will recognise the my reputation as Elektra! I shall be their new queen! ……Now time to kill this silly little CHILD! )

Damon: “ AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! ” Elektra: “ Oh don’t be such a cry baby. That was nothing! Just one eye, plus I’m just getting started. ”

Crimson blood on her sai, Elektra slowly sits down on her target watching as his empty eye socket bleeds out all over his expensive carpet. She leaned over Damon’s body even further, so they were face to face. Elektra: “ [teasing] Painful? Your circumstance’s are dire! It seems you are a coward in the face of death Mr. Williams and thats a fatal flaw for one who knows the world of espionage so well. [strokes cheek] a sad way to go really, you had so much potential. ” Damon: “ Y-you will never find my daughter… You or your ninja clan…” Elektra stabs her sai into Damon’s throat, killing him. Elektra: “ We’ll see about that.”

The scent of death is in the air and the assassin stands up from Damon’s corpse. A true warrior at heart, Elektra is satisfied with her work. With her target soaked in his own blood Elektra now knows It’s time to retreat the scene. She’s fulfilled another command for the ‘The Hand’ and the league of ninjas will be proud of her flawless success. Elektra [thoughts]: ( I feel no guilt and no remorse… This is what I do. This is who I am and may all the spirits know that Elektra contributes to their realm willingly as I am royalty to the hand, a reining princess. ) Elektra runs out into the night, the city lights brushed off with her focused chi. She jumps off the balcony and fades away into the night. The legendary Elektra forever in the shadows.

Elektra rose from her low stance and ignored the chaos of the city, her senses have been changed to a true ninja. she focused her inner chi. Elektra: “ I summon the power of JADE! Bring me one of my sai knives! ” Suddenly the bright colour that Elektra calls forth appears, jade! Jade swirls around Elektra’s hand and her eyes begin to glow a strong Jade also. The green flares at It gifts the ninja with an ancient weapon! Elektra watches her target like a venomous snake, eyes peeled on him she sneaks into his house going over all 1′000 ways to kill him.   Elektra [thoughts]: ( Neck, heart, eyes… I sai a target in my eyes. Lets get this over with and then maybe book a flight to Tunisia? Stop messing around Elektra, focus…. Let’s get a clean kill. ) She watches as Damon stands up and yawns. Damon [thoughts]: ( I know someones behind me! I’ll keep It cool but I have a gun hidden in my dressing gown. This assassin is good, very silent but the years I’ve had in the field opens my awareness more than any normal man. Once he gets closer I’ll shoot him right in the head… Just a few more seconds…) Elektra [thoughts]: ( Fool! He is a fat rat and I am a cobra! )

Thunderbolts #7 (2013)

Elektra decides to take the elevator to floor just below her targets apartment so she can make a stealthy entrance. The element of surprise and silence is a ninja’s advantage.  Elektra [thoughts]: ( Are you kidding? I’m not climbing the entire building! Especially in these heels, It would take me forever… but I do have to keep my reputation up so I’ll head out this window and enter my targets residence from the balcony. That way I look more professional… I swear If I wasn’t bound to a league of ancient ninjas I’d be sun bathing somewhere sexy like Tunisia right now not risking my life up here. I have to admit though, I do enjoy assassinations.) Elektra performs a graceful handstand once she reaches the top of the building. grabs onto the railings quickly reminding herself of how many times she’s died. She kicks her leg up behind her head and double flips herself over the railing and lands with a forward roll. Crouched down low, the ninja looks up and see’s her target sitting down. Elektra [thoughts]: (He’s watching something funny on his phone, should I sneak attack him? I don’t want him to die laughing… That’s not my style. This guy needs to be fear me I just flipped around the entire city to make It here. His death will be brutal for sure.) Daman has no idea an assassin has just climbed onto his balcony, or does he? Damon [thoughts]: ( I love watching cat videos! [laughs] I should send this to Beverley, I wonder If my tea’s finished brewing.)

She is Elektra - and she will not die today.

High above the city commotion the scarlet assassin known as Elektra navigates dangerously by the rooftops but her ‘ninja’ training has reduced many risks…. Elektra [thoughts]: “ I hate death, I’ve died too many times already. [sigh] Right It seems I am a few buildings away from where I need to be and I’m short for time. I don’t have enough time to meditate to get into zen mode which would allow me to zeneport to my targets apartment — [jumps off building] It looks like I’m going to have to do this the old fashioned way then… [reaches out hands in mid air to the side of skyscraper] — So much for ancient Japanese ninja abilities [back hand springs onto building - lands low]… Takes too long to focus chi and activate the powers I so need right now. [recovering] Sometimes I feel like some kind of vigilante when all I am is a ‘deceased’ assassin… A legend [smirks under mask] all this rooftop jumping is just a burden to my profession. However It’s better to get caught here than Japan where my reputation is golden. Still… I better stick to the shadows. ”

Elektra reached her hotel suite, she removed the woman’s clothes whom she killed and made adjustments to her assassin attire. Louise had outlived her usefulness anyway, It was time to embrace her dedication to the league of assassins. Identity theft was just one of Elektra’s talents she must now connect back to her focused chi. Elektra now wore her red and black uniform for ‘The hand.’ Japanese letters within the design and black straps around her high heels. She can’t let her superiors down. Elektra gazed into the mirror like a cobra and pulled up her mask so only her lion like eyes could be seen staring back at herself. Elektra: “ My target will be dead within the next hour. ” She said to herself before spinning on her heel and prancing out the window. With acrobatic agility she used her training in jujitsu and past experiences to navigate down the side of the skyscraper. Landing on an outer ledge Elektra was free into the dark night and she knew exactly where her target was.
