#its been a while since i vented#hm lets see#been pretty bummed for the past 2 weeks cause my knee started hurting like a bitch#and i was so happy with life cause i was running everyday and got a nice job and was enjoying my days more#then my knee said lmao fuck u#suddenly started hurting now i cant run been stuck at home#cant exercise meaning ive been crazy scared about getting fat all over again#thankfully being depressed helps me not eating at night#trying to limit my calorie intake during the week to 1k#i hope ive been successful since i dont really count my calories lol#anyways sigh i was very happy and satisfied#even though i wasnt 100% happy with my body i was postive i could work it out and get better#ah hell i miss running so much#my next exam is still next friday but then ill probably need 1 more month of rest#i hope#i also hope i can get back to running#oh god if i cant ill k myself#useless

#remembering the beginning middle of the year when i had an almost defined belly#and how i only had it because i wasnt eating#like if i ate 500 calories a day it was a miracle?#i kept that up for maybe a month? 2?#and now my belly is ugh soft again#but im eating well and good now#soooo#im happy i starved myself because i lost almost 20kgs#and now i can try mantaining it not starving myself#shame my belly wont be cool again#debating if i should stop eating again but ah its so bad#i love eating#useless
