Im currently in japan as an exchange student, got official recordings of aikatsu songs un-region locked on yt and stated missing my tumblr aikatsu fandom days so. came here to check up

why are lions depicted as graceful proud beings standing on two legs all the fucking time? have you ever seen a lion standing on his hind legs irl? no? yeah, I think fucking not. so why do so many coats of arms include a standing lion? were midieval illuminators just dicks and had a lot of free time on their hands to make a physically impossible pose look cool? anyway the point I wanted to make is that I have to draw the hogwars houses coats of arms for a summer camp and j.k.rowling can go fuck herself with her anatomically incorrect, undrawable lions

“caligraphy is a relaxing art” fuck you. fuck you. took me four sheets to figure out the spacing of the kanji, how I should hold the brush and how much ink I should use. four sheets of precious, expensive calligraphy paper. every sheet from then on has ripped. the kanji actually looks kind of fucking acceptable but nooo this shitty caligraphy paper sketchbook has the sheets glued together so they rip just when you touch them. I;m startingto runout of ink from all the failed attempts how the fuck does anyone find this relaxing
