Soothing Drinks like a Pro:
Heat 6-8oz unsweetened Almond Milk in a mug, then add caramel-hot chocolate mix and stir Then drop a single Reese's peanut butter cup into the drink, stirring until it dissolves, and enjoy You can thank me later

I rediscovered this gif while listening to this song

Here’s my day for you: combine this with the song “Your Stories” by Parachutes, and you’ll know what’s up
So I took a trip to the Zoo with my main man Wheels yesterday-we biked over to the Nashville Zoo (6 miles in, 7 back) for an adventure. I chronicled the experience as best I could, but this was AWESOME. 10/10 would recommend/repeat. Also yes, I was wearing a bandana for a good portion of the afternoon; I think it may need to be a thing this year.

Good Evening, ladies and gentlemen

I felt like posting this on here-this was a charity techno night we did at my school last year, only to have Big Kenny from Big & Rich show up and drop some new stuff!
I'm in there somewhere, look for my blue glow sticks

Can we just talk about freelancer823 for a second?
She's an amazing artist and a delightful blogger to talk to, and I want everyone to see her art pieces/get to know her.Look at this, even her sketches are adorable!
To that end, go and follow her right now!
Seriously.
Let's talk about this, shall we?
If we realized how complex our own mind is, and all the systems and mechanics working to keep us alive, we could look at any other person on this planet and see the exact same systems at work, within and for each person. Every human has the same complexity of mind and body, a market that we almost have a monopoly on; no other species can claim the kind of intelligence and ability that we can.
So then, given that understanding:
Why is it so easy for people to blow off others? Why is it so easy to look at someone who's hurting and tell them to "suck it up"? Why is it so easy to go out and injure each other over some crazy idea that we come up with? We are the dominant species on the planet, and we sure as hell don't act like it.
I swear, if we loved the idea of other human beings as much as we love our idea of ourselves, we'd have it pretty good.
But we can't have nice things because we're too busy being cocky, looking down our noses and existing only within our own universe. Apparently giving something away without any measurable return is inefficient and 'not part of the plan'.
It would be my pleasure to talk about how much I love humans, but until people (on a grand scale) start looking out for someone's benefit besides theirs, I just simply can't...
Please, for the love of doughnuts, give something away; help make something that will last longer than you will; go find something beautiful and tell someone how much you appreciate it. Tell somebody they did a great job. Offer to carry someone's groceries. Compliment somebody's outfit. Anything
Life is not a single-player sport. There is no podium at the end for someone to stand on top of the world, hoisting a huge golden trophy. Humans need to be on a team together, because we all need backup. When you exclusively take care of yourself and your own well-being alone, you gain nothing; that's the only way to lose at life.

Here's another sweet edit from the boys at Pholio Photography! That's me in there, doing (what I'm guessing to be) a reverse 3-Beat Weave with Luna and Sol-type Flowlights.
My mother just held up a small red glass bottle and said:
"I'm going to make a steampunk ray gun out of this"
..Have I mentioned how freaking awesome she is?
One of my really good friends/coworkers gave me a pair of these pixelated clear-lens glasses at my early work meeting...which I didn't shower before attending. As a result, I give you-my mild mannered alter ego disguise; my Peter Parker, if you will.
tousled hair, yes, no?
Do you ever get the feeling that there's something out to get you? Some cosmically significant force, a comet's tail or an invisible flame, waiting to catch onto the back of your mind?
That's what this looks like. That's what I feel like I have following me, and I don't know what's going to happen.
