Gillian Anderson for Rolling Stone, 1997
Reading this was so satisfying woah
Those things you hate about yourself....
You loved them in your favorite characters.
Your crazy hair:
Your stand out scar:
Your unique laugh:
Your freckles:
Your shyness:
The way you get excited about the little things:
Maybe you’re a little crazy:
Maybe you wish you could change yourself:
But if you did change… There would never be any good stories.
Let your unique traits shine through.
Because every thing you call a “flaw”, I call an important character trait.
this is the best post
Omg this baby is precious
I love the progression from wtf is this to omg I love this!
Wells Fargo, the second largest U.S. bank by number of branches, just launched an ad that depicts two women practicing sign language before they meet the deaf child they plan to adopt.
In other words: *four hundred sobbing emojis and heart emojis in succession*
I’m reblogging this. I’m not crying. You’re crying.
Ugly sobbing.
great now I’m crying at work
I’m not crying, I just have sand in my eyes.
Have you ever seen brown eyes in the sun? You don’t always notice it at first but you’ll see that ‘brown’ no longer describes them. They melt into golden rays, circling an eclipse. There’s nothing boring about brown eyes, not even when the later hours encroach; they just turn into a sunset of their own.
2015: we said we were going to romanticize brown eyes and someone did it
there are no previously ons on daredevil bc they know you binge watched the entire fucking thing in like two nights.
Ladies, gentlemen, and nobility of other genders, may I present to you the literal perfect casting choice for Li Shang in Mulan: Yoshua “Yoshi” Sudarso.
Some fun facts about Yoshi:
- Was born in Indonesia, but is ethnically Chinese
- 26 years old (b. April 12, 1989)
- Worked as a stunt double on the Maze Runner
- Also worked as a model for several years
- Has martial arts training
- Currently starring as Koda on Power Rangers Dino Charge
- Is a massive nerd and fan of Disney (Big Hero 6 especially), Free!, Spider-Man, and Power Rangers
- Said in response to fancastings: “I’ll make a man, out of you! Waking up to all your fancastings and kind words really made my day. Of course it would be amazing to portray such a strong Male Asian lead, but I would be humbled to at least score an audition for Li Shang. So thank you for spreading the word and giving me such amazing exposure, maybe Disney will take notice, I love you all! And remember you must be swift as the coursing river!”
If none of that convinces you, then maybe this picture will:
In summary, Yoshi Sudarso for Li Shang 2k15.
I actually just choked on my breath this man is SO DAMN FINE
Unicorn
It really frustrates me when I see Fifty Shades of Grey in the popular spots in bookstores
This is the BEST post ever
Outside of her acting, I like her though.
Does anyone else get annoyed by Keira Knightley's acting? I don't know why but I get so annoyed by her.
sobriquetash replied to your post “so… …as part of my job, I’m going out to high schools and talk a...”
You'll be amazing <3 and after the first couple you'll find a rhythm and you'll be more comfortable
Aww, thank you for your confidence in me<3<3<3 I actually have done a few of these workshops so I don't freak out as much as I used to in the past but they were geared for college students and these new ones are for high school students . Though people think I'm fresh out of high school because of my appearance, I actually haven't been a high schooler for quite a looooong while, so I'm a little unsure how to connect with that age group but I think I'll be my own happy weird self because that seems to work when I tutor.
