While in quarantine, I’ve gotten back into painting. One day I was painting while listening to Taylor, and had the idea to paint a watercolor for each of her albums.

In order to make these, I played each album and painted as I listened. The different colors and patterns represent how a certain song or lyric made me feel in that moment. These took me the whole day and I loved making them.

I included a lyric from the album on each painting. I chose lyrics that I felt encapsulated the feeling of the entire album.

Last min of free time before suiting up this morning I took this picture to remind myself (and anyone else that needs it) that we are going to be ok. Yes it is scary. Yes it is hard. No we dont have all the answers. But we are all in this together. And together we can help one another through anything.
