{♬} Sayaka scratched the back of her head awkwardly, her magical girl outfit disappearing in a quick blue flash to change back to her school uniform. “Well, yes, I guess you could say that. It’s part of my job as a Puella Magi to defeat witches, though this city has been rather quiet lately,” she said as she bent down to pick up the Grief Seed, pressing it to the surface of her Soul Gem to watch the blue light from it get brighter. “Thank you so much for your help, now it’s my turn to help you. Tell me, where are you supposed to be, if not here in Mikitihara Town?” {♬}

     The young bluenette just shrugged, trying not to think much about the witches and Magi. They seemed like mages to her, good and bad kinds, but apparently they weren't. She smiled as the girl thanked her, "You're welcome!" Wendy blinked at the strange town name. She looked at the girl, "Well, I'm supposed to be at Magnolia, Fiore. But I'm afraid I'm no where near there.." she stated, frowning a bit. She missed her home.

"Ah, good morning, Wendy! Did you sleep well?"

     "Yes, I did, Mira-san! Did you?"

            ”     Ah, I see.

                  Well. That’s no problem, of course I can assist you there.”

     "Thank you, Freed-san! Don't worry, it'll be just a few minutes! Sorry for bothering you."

»…it was a very long time ago … but yes, it’s pretty obvious for what reason, no? A born water mage masters a spell called Water Body rather early on … and can’t be harmed by physical attacks while using this spell.«

     "That makes sense.. I remember hearing about Juvia-san doing that once! I guess Water Mages are more important than I thought."

            “     Yes, of course. What do you need to get done, Wendy?”

"I have to get some groceries real quick for dinner for me and Charle."

{♬} Sayaka waited for the wind to clear-indeed, the witch seemed much more weaker than before. “Yes-that was great!” she shouted as the younger turned her attention back to the familiars and Sayaka continued to face the witch head-on. She continued to slash and throw swords at the witch until finally she was able to get a clear shot. “Go…back…to…hell!” she shouted as she leapt into the air, cutlass drawn, and sliced the black hole of a head straight off the witch. An agonizing scream vibrated throughout the area, and at once the maze begin to morph and shift, wavering, until they were left in the same brick alleyway they had entered. The only clue to the fight ever happening was the grief seed that lay on the ground before Sayaka. “Are you okay?” she asked, turning to see the other girl. {♬}

Wendy continued to fight after her attack, leaving the witch to the other girl. After all, it wasn't her battle to fight. While the bluenette was fighting, she heard this terrible screeching sound, that hurt the young dragon slayer's ears. She hurriedly turned around to see if the girl was okay and there she was, everything back to normal, and the witch was gone. She then smiled nervously, still a bit confused, "Y-yeah. I'm fine. Is this an everyday routine of yours? You seemed to know what to do and all." she stated, still not sure what just had happened to them. Everything just disappeared as if it was only a dream.

{♬} Sayaka temporarily wrapped herself inside of her pristine white cape, only breaking free of it moments later to reveal a circle of cutlasses around her. She began to hurriedly throw them at the witch, making several good hits and slicing through several personalized attacks of the witch herself. “Mind giving me a hand? If the familiars were downed so easily by your attack, I’m sure this witch will go down easier than by just these swords alone!” she yelled as she deflected a hit. {♬}

Wendy wasn't sure what she had to do, but as the bluenette attacked the witch, she took care of the familiars surrounding them. The portion of them were going smaller and smaller by the minute. Before she did another attack, the girl ask for some help. She nodded and tried to secure herself down on the ground, "Tenryū no Hōkō!" she shouted out, as another gust of wind flew out of her mouth, causing damage to the witch in front of them. "Did I get her?"

              “     You’re more than welcome, Wendy.”

"Freed-san? Do you think you can come with me to do a few things?"

"H-hunted and used in wars? I didn't know that.."

                    “ why not?                               i heard from cana that you                               have some pretty good fashion                               sense. ”

"S-she said that? Well, it's a hobby really. I do a lot of shopping in my free time."

"We can go to my favorite store to get you a shirt!"

»As it should be … having a water mage in your guild is rare in this time and age … which is saddening if you ask me.«

"I don't know much about many guilds, but it makes me feel like ours is somewhat unique then."

{♬} Sayaka’s eyes widened as she saw the girl yell something and what appeared to be a huge amount of wind blow from her mouth, blowing away the saucer familiars with ease. She shook her head, finding herself distracted. “Those familiars tried to carry you away, to kill you!” she yelled in reply as she continued to advance towards the center of the maze, getting closer and closer to the witch at the center. “You’ve got to keep an eye out!” she added before she finally slashed through more familiars to see the witch. The witch herself stood upon a glowing yellow orb in the center of their little galaxy, with a body that was glowing, sparkling ivory: to the magical girl, she almost looked like she was made of pure stardust. The only exception was her head, which appeared to be nothing but dark matter-a black hole for a head. “There’s the witch!” {♬}

"To kill me?" she thought to herself, trying to process everything. All at once, she appeared in a area she didn't recognize, met someone who was supposedly able to help her get home, and got attacked by a thing called a familiar. This wasn't any normal day. Wendy hurried behind the other bluenette, as much as she could, trying to keep watch, but not lose track of the girl. When the bluenette took a sudden stop, Wendy was able to catch up. Wendy looked up right away, she too saw the witch. She still didn't enjoy fighting like before, but she could tell she would have to. The young bluenette got ready to fight, just so she can live through the rest of the day.
