At the end of the show’s second series, the character was shown to shoot himself, but it was later revealed in the series three finale that he would be returning. Some think this to be lazy writing - but what do YOU think?

As long as it’s keeping fans happy, it should go on as long as it can. If people don’t want to continue watching that’s their choice but they have no reason to complain about it continuing.
Quite right too, and as a fan of the show, I say long may it continue!
