If your job requires you to wear Gear, like helmets, plate carriers or if own kit, the importance of training with you gear cannot be stressed enough. For example, If you train without your plate carrier 90% of the time and then one day decide to throw it on and try to shoot with it, you will likely see a significant degradation in your performance. Things like gear and pouch placement can get sorted out as well.
