Actually, yes, I can bet you any amount of money someone has been killed over feminism, IN FACT, if this guy did any research at all he would find that in 1968, feminist Valerie Solanas shot popular artist Andy Warhol, he wasn't killed but she intended for him to be killed. So please people, do research.

Jokes exist, deal with it, listen, rape isn't funny, death isn't funny, nothing like that is funny (unless you're some sort of sociopath), however there's always going to be a crowd of people who if you arrange words in a correct way, will find it funny, Charles, people can have their own sense of humor.

I don't know if you've noticed, but the military isn't exactly known for it's views towards women, the military tends to be extremely sexist, this is well known.

Might I ask where exactly you found this information? Does this person actually exist? Most likely but still.

And yes, feminism is, modernly, sexism, originally feminism was about equality and finding the balance of power between women and men, but in modern times and in american mostly, it's about complete woman power, and not about equality at all.

You know, just because you put pretty colors in something doesn't make it right.

So, now girls on tumblr aren't even DENYING that nice guys finish last, they're admitting it. :o But oh well, onto the actual problems with this.

You gotta how love she doesn't even GIVE him a chance to come up with a retort, she just denies him, then when he points out all the good qualities he has, because you know, feelings are a pretty big deal and really shouldn't be tossed aside with no consideration, she just insults him, accuses him of being sexist and thinking of her as an object, and if we're taking this comic literally, beating him.

But of course everyones going to like this and reblog it even if it is sexist and biased as hell.

I felt so angry at the UCSB massacre (an article about this incident and a script of his video’s speech) and the sexism we’re blind to everyday so I drew about my opinions on sexism to channel my rage.

Because it's obvious Elliot had NO OTHER PROBLEMS other then being sexist.

Maybe if you did even a tiny bit of research, you'd learn he was a narcissistic sociopath and even if he had all the hottest girls on earth at his feet, begging for him, he wouldn't be happy.

He was bullied as a kid, when he was sexually curious, and noticed all the girls would go for the kids who bully him, the alpha males, and any normal person would know why, but he was too socially awkward and his world view was so distorted that he felt entitled, he felt every girl would come to him, and when that didn't happen he strike'd back multiple times, and he always got punished/beaten back for it.

So it's not just because of women, that's a reason sure, but it's because he had mental problems and disabilities, as well as a distorted world view.

So please, do some research next time before you assume things.

Here I am reblogging this from myself because I think everyone who breathes needs to see it and MAKE IT STOP.

This is a joke. He interviews people and makes jokes. Calm your feministic self down.

Get out. If you honestly think that, I want you to unfollow me right now.

That guy isn’t joking, and if he is, its a god awful joke, and has no right to be supported. If he’s joking, then its an example of institutionalized misogyny in comedy that has been built up over the years and decades past, and it is not acceptable.

I am uncomfortable with those jokes, and I’m a GUY. It isn’t ok to do to ANYBODY, let alone people who are trying to enjoy a convention and cosplay a character they like. This is disgusting and shit like this needs to stop, from all angles, even someone trying to make a shitty joke.

Women are not objects, and they should not be treated as such.

If you think this guy is funny for doing that, and if you honestly think I need to calm down for being “feministic” in this issue, then you need to unfollow me, because I have no intention of stopping. And now that you’ve drawn attention to yourself with this, I highly suggest you don’t bring it up again.

In fact, I recommend you take a good long look at yourself. Take a look at how you are treated, and how other people around you are treated. If you think this is comedic and funny, you need to check yourself, because its not. If you think joking about women in such a way that demeans them and objectifies them, you need to check yourself.

And above all else, if you think someone standing up for equality of women and the cessation of this shitty behavior from EVERYONE, not just this comedian, warrants someone like YOU telling that person to “calm [their] feministic self down”, then you need to reconsider your priorities in life.

I've seen this guy on youtube, and jesus christ you need to calm down, you're over-reacting to this, if you really think that the jokes he makes are terrible, just don't watch and don't react, because you're making yourself look whiny.

Also, if you think that this is so terrible it requires your attention, that a (in my opinion) hilarious person, is scum for making a few jokes, then welcome to the internet.
