#it is perhaps my earliest memory lol.#well! i was there#i remember the confusion when the plane swooped real low over our heads#and i didnt see it but everyone around me saw it#we were in the schoolyard for drop off#then we went home#and my mom tried to show me the big hole and i was fully not comprehending#and we got all our stuff together and rushed uptown#and then we couldnt come home again for months and had to throw all our stuff out#because it was contaminated#and i had to live in this terrible little apartment and go to school on a schoolbus with kids from different schools#where i got bullied#but whatever. my strongest memory from that time is being terribly terribly lonely#ive always had trouble sleeping#and we had to move into a one-bedroom and my baby brother got to sleep in the bedroom with my parents#and i (3 and a half yrs old) had to sleep alone on the couch in the living room and it just made me really sad lol
