Chicago is Lauren’s hometown. At one of our Chicago shows, with Lauren’s family in attendance, I did Werner Herzog as one of my characters. The next day, Lauren met her family for breakfast and her dad gave her a HARDCOVER edition of Werner’s wonderful book Conquest of The Useless.

This made me very happy! I highly recommend this book and the Lapkus Family.
