fellow eots haters explaining the situation to me who has been criticising their music since 2016, we’ve come full circle 😔✊ 

Welcome to the clown circle, I still attend their concerts too even though I can’t deal with most of their new songs 🤦‍♀️

I’m desperately praying that whatever they come up with next is a little more up everyone’s alley again because I kinda miss fully liking an album ngl

I mean to be fair, they’re still amazing live, I even found myself enjoying most of the eots songs when they performed them in Japan (not so much in Germany though, but that’s mainly because the German audience for oor sucks).

Afaik they’ll be in charge of the soundtrack for the upcoming Rurouni Kenshin movie (that I ask you all to stream online instead of going to the cinema and thus giving the creator money since he’s a pedophile) so I have some hope for a good tune, if they still remember how rock works, that is. lol

The difference between the german audience and literally every other one is so sad. It's still a whole lot of fun to be at a concert because their energy on stage is contagious but my god the crowd here sucks. That aside, it still saddens me as a whole since Taka himself said he doesn't like certain songs at all (American Girls, the absolute prime example) and it somehow doesn't feel like it's enjoyable for him or the band to play them live and that's not the point, really.

I didn't know they were in charge of it again, that's good to know! The other songs fit so well with the movies, I really hope they deliver as well haha

And he's a what now? Jesus christ that's disgusting. I didn't know about that but now I think I won't spend any money on this one. Rurouni Kenshin is such a fun franchise, I can't believe the creator is such a pathetic excuse for a human being.

society went downhill when u stopped being able to go on youtube and look up "[show] season 1 episode 1" and getting the full episode broken up into parts but otherwise completely intact and it had every single episode
