Funny call I got from work

"Being an agent for the people and helping everyone out in their time of need with their vehicles" random customer calls in

-hello my names Antonio with Customer Care, how can I help you?

+Yeah I just wanted to report a complaint about my sales experience

-"back of my head, damn that sucks, hopefully the dealer wasnt too shitty too him, sees he is from FLORIDA, decide to make a mental check list on dealer to avoid for future purchases"

-on behalf of the company i apologize for what you've been through, just know Ill do everything in my power to assist you and if possible make sure our corp. offices become aware of the situation

+well i went to this dealer in central FL and at first I had to fight about the car I wanted because they didnt want to search for it.

-"great, another lazy dealer who doesn't care what the customer wants just money" alright sir, i am documenting that case is there anything else?

+yeah, I didnt feel comfortable speaking to an 18 year old salesman working at the dealer, saying how he is goes to school and is working this job only to fund his college savings

-excuse me?

+yeah he was too young, maybe even a minor since this dealer is scummy with how they treat people

-Okay... well ill definitely get to the bottom of that and make sure that is not case/sarcasm

+I also hated how long the paper work and the sales process was for getting my car, and on top of that, they didn't accept my 3rd party check so I had to go to the bank and get a cashiers check. At this point I am annoyed beyond belief

-"okay thats fair, usually waiting is shitty as hell but then when he drops big money they state its not good enough" i am sorry sir for that, I have documented that for future purposes and maybe come up with a faster solution to aid customers buying new vehicles

+Also hated how everyone in the DEALER was spanish... the service manager needs a translator to SPEAK TO ME! I found it highly disrespectful and didnt understand how no one was able to speak english to me!

-"slightly agitated" well sir while I do apologize for the language barrier, it does seem like he attempted to communicate with you, sadly without proper background check into this I cannot say why that was the case.

+Also seems like it was mostly MILLENIALS in that dealership, no one was able to drive a manual transmission to get that car to me! I was going to buy two cars but I only got one because my wife wanted one and we almost divorced on the spot because I wanted to leave but she HAD TO HAVE THAT CAR.

-"more agitation" well in most cases since were seeing less and less of manuals there has not been a big reason to have everyone learn to drive it. Mind you I do agree its a great skill to learn but sadly times do change with technology getting better and better

+oh youre right about time changing, I served 10 years in the COAST GUARD and 30 years as a FIRE FIGHTER and I did not fight for my country only to be forced to speak spanish in order to get a car, I am telling you I will never step foot into that dealer. Hell I am thinking about returning it because the next DEALER is 50 miles away

-"extremely agitated at the entitlement and wanted to be catered attitude" "proceeds to list 10 dealers nearby before the one thats 50 miles away" +those dealers are filled with spanish speakers and I do not want to go to them, they make me feel like I need to speak spanish to get assistance and a VETERAN such as myself should not have to do that in order to get what I am paying for.

-"agitated to the point of a meltdown" okay sir... what I can do is call the dealer and see what their side and if they are willing to get you taken care of then would you change your stance never approaching.

+"no, sorry but i would rather drive 50 miles to get the service I want.

-okay sir i am going to contact the dealer and go over these reasons with them and then submit them to corporate, anything else you need? +yeah just update me on them, i want to make sure they are not going to thrash me but chances are they will speak spanish to you Antonio so you wouldnt understand

-"DARK SIDE IS AT MAX LEVEL, CANNOT CONTAIN SHIT EATING GRIN" oh thats okay, I am Cuban so I will completely understand them. +oh... well... good for you on learning english like your suppose to, and you were not rude at all like those other brown jerks, they even had the nerve to tell me they didnt want my money and wanted me to take the car and go! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT

-"yeah, crazy how the spanish person did not want to deal with the racist egotistical gringo" Yeah it was great I was born here and had that opportunity with proper schooling and education that I learned English real quick. I will call them and check their reasons on poor sales service.

+okay thank you -hangs up-

-"calls dealer-everyone proceeds to speak perfect english to me. Asks everyone about this guy and i get dissapointed sighs and frustration"

@yeah we all know who you are talking about, the big money hot shot racist who thought he can intimidate us into getting the vehicle at a cheap price and when he didnt get his way he got angrier and angrier until finally he just blew up.

-say no more guys, I got all i needed to know. "DELETE CASE"

Who would've thought. The entitled veteran ended up being a racist prick who needed a safe space because people of color scare him with words from an exotic land and gets triggered when he was not getting his way.
