What do you get when you combine a perfect couple and over seven hours of shopping?  A-Team Frozen loot!

  • The Disney Store:  finger puppets, an adorable plush Anna, and a lunch box
  • Hot Topic:  tank tops
  • F.Y.E.:  a tapestry blanket, a beach towel, an Olaf magnet, lip gloss, and the “Some People” shirt
  • Five Below:  one poster, jelly beans, and an awesome ball
  • Toys R Us:  Frozen pop up game, a charm bracelet set, and the other poster
  • Target:  folders, notebooks, and an elusive body pillow (excellent for sharing)
  • Walmart:  fleece throw blanket
  • Meijer:  an amazing light up watch and peel and stick decals
  • Kohl’s:  total bust
  • Hallmark:  total bust
  • Spencer’s:  total bust

And the next day (yes, there’s more!)

  • Target (again):  body pillow (again) and Surprise Slides game

Only the wily Frozen backpack was able to escape the clutches of the A-Team.  Next time, backpack.  Next time.

I owe a lot to the Frozen fandom - greater self confidence in myself as a writer and person, Let it Bow, the most wonderful friends a girl could ask for, and this. This awesome, unexpected thing that can't be summed up easily in words... (at least not without music and choreography, too.)

A few months ago, my life was very different, and I had no inkling that one day, theoracle102 and I would end up belting out "Love is an Open Door" in a car (okay... more than once), that we'd wear Olaf shirts out for ice cream, or that we'd share a Frozen birthday, interests, dreams, and what feels like a brain sometimes. That someone so funny (and I think that dorky face I'm making is proof) and amazing would happen to find me amazing, too. And it was right here all along. <3
