“Thanks.” Jodie stepped inside, hoping her invisible friend would behave. However Jodie was quite sure Aiden wouldn’t cause much problems because they really needed a place to stay. Jodie put her bag down as she looked around her. “You have a cool place to live. Do you have good job?” Curiosity was something natural to her, Holmes didn’t mean anything bad by it. His place just looked very comfortable. “Oh and I… I’m Jodie.”

              “Eh, it’s an okay job. I just delivery stuff.” More or less. Closing the door behind her, the man turned to a small closet to pull out a blanket. “I’m Galen. Here.”

Don’t mind him, he’s resting on a thick brench. Protected from the burning sun by the helpful leaves of the tree he choosed for his break. The raven wasn’t asleep, the sounds of his surrounding still reached his awarness. He just was too indifference to open his eyes each time to witness what was happening.

              “Son of a bitch!” Galen exclaimed, chasing down the small and rare feline as it flitted across the park. He had no idea how it had escaped its crate, but he was so pissed that it did. The cat seemed to be just out of his grip at all times, leading him around until it finally jumped up on a bench and on another person.

              “I have a delivery.” Galen answered, holding up the box in his hands.

“I can’t believe that jerk gave me a perfume! What is he implying? That I don’t smell good or something? I can’t believe how ignorant and stupid men are!” Sheryl huffed as he fingered the beautiful purple perfume bottle. It was indeed beautiful… Seemed expensive and smelled lovely. But still!

              “Are you serious? That’s some expensive shit right there, can’t you just except a gift without assuming there’s some ulterior motive or meaning behind it?” She was so ridiculous about things like this and it really made Galen wonder about Sheryl.

℘   She stared at the ground, her hands fiddling with her book. “Ugh, I won’t..” Although her facial expression made it seem like she had a bad attitude, but really it was that she wasn’t used to being scolded at. Her parents had always been pretty laid back with her.

              “Hey, don’t look like that, you literally could have just died.” Galen stuck his hands in his pockets, looking down at the female. Was she seriously upset about that? He was just trying to help her out and keep her alive.
