As I listen to you speak about your struggle I realize I cannot help you. It kills me to admit that, but it’s true. Some would argue you need to give it to God or have faith. Others may say you need to talk it out, get everything out of your system. While each of these theories has merit, the truth becomes clear when you take a step back. There is not a single method that fixes everyone, assuming we can be fixed at all. You have to do what works for you, whatever you need to survive. Not every day will be easy; in fact, many will be challenging. I just want you to know it’s possible to get through them and there is no right way to do it.
