This seems as good a time as any to give a handy life tip: if ever you have constipation or an impacted colon, you can take an over the counter magnesium dietary supplement in tablet form. They are tasteless, so that is nice, and they don’t cause extra bloat. There are also liquid magnesiums with sodium, but they taste gross and terrible and I do not recommend. In any case, magnesium makes you poop and can save a life.
