((Berwald in both his feral and were forms. I apologize for the quality, my scanner is an utter piece of crap but I promise these look so much better in person OTL ))
Ragnarök
"Odin will ride at their head, wearing a golden helmet and a shining corslet, brandishing Gungnir. Odin will make straight for the wolf Fenrir….Odin and Fenrir are the first to engage and their fight will be fearsome. In the end, though, the wolf will seize Allfather between his jaws and swallow him. That will be the death of Odin."

Fenrisúlfr, Hati & Sköll
According to the lore regarding Ragnarök there are two wolves, named Hati and Sköll, who chase the moon and sun. Hati will catch and devour the moon, Sköll will catch and devour the sun and all the stars will cease to shine. The earth will shatter and shake, mountains will come crashing down and this will enable Fenrisúlfr to break free of his chains, signalling the beginning of Ragnarök!

So now I will teach you pain.
And regret.”
Inktober, day 8.
I wanted to do something kind of moody and subtle, so have another picture of when Asher lost his eye. This would probably be the morning of his escape. So many anatomical issues with this but overall, I’m pleased with how it came out for something I did so quickly. One of these days I’ll have to do a picture of Asher that’s not so emo.
In my fictional universe, lycanthropy existed for centuries as an rare hereditary condition among a few Tsambragh’r families. These hereditary werewolves had a significant measure of control over their transformations, and the condition was largely seen as a gift from the gods. The trait mostly died out in Tsambragh as most of the werewolf families were among the Lisebhen who moved north to what later became Aberos, and after the conquering of the Lisebhen by the An’Thetian invaders from across the sea, it nearly died out altogether; for better or worse, however, it was revived as a weapon of war against the An’Thetians preceding the collapse of their empire. The Dwarven enchanters working with the Lisebhen rebels originally intended to create werewolf supersoldiers from a distilled version of the gene, but found that most of those injected with the new curse-virus were unable to control themselves and became feral. Thus, the enchanters made the decision to enhance that aspect of the virus and then release it into the water supplies of major An’Thetian cities. Though the last of the Dwarven cities in Aberos fell soon after, the biological warfare helped to weaken the An’Thetian Empire enough that it was left vulnerable to the rebellion of the Tien to the north and, finally, the invasion of the Pagosi crusaders. Today, lycanthropy, now a contagious disease, remains a menace in rural parts of Aberos and its neighbors, though the constant efforts of the Knights of Aberon help to keep the population at bay. Whether the original hereditary strain still exists in any form is unknown.
((hmm,.. i still can't draw people worth a shit, but i'd really like to try doing drawn responses to any messages Berwald gets. Since i can draw wolves though, how would you all feel if i drew responses with him in his wolf/werewolf form instead?
My favorite werewolf….ever
