HC that when Chan first arrived at camp, everyone thought he was a son of Athena, even he did. The only one who never questioned his parentage was a particularly quirky Daughter of Athena. When he asked how she knew, she only replied with, "because thats what I know, and what I see in you, a warrior. No not just a warrior, a protector." And at that moment Chan knew that he was falling hard for this girl. She saw him, the real him, bot just everyone's speculations of him.

I have a head cannon that because Minghao is the son of Hestia (and he has some of her blood in him), he can't be burned by fire, so he'll sometimes just curl up in the campfire when he doesn't want to talk to anyone, or wants to feel closer to Hestia or something. Also that the first time it happened Junhui freaked out and burned himself trying to pull Minghao out of the camp's fire pit 😂

whenever minghao is in the campfire because he’s upset about something, soonyoung always goes and sits with him since he’s also invincible to flames. soonyoung will be the first to admit he’s not the best with advice, so usually instead of trying to help him work out his problems, they’ll just cuddle in the fire while soonyoung strokes minghaos hair and whispers sweet nothings and stupid jokes to him until he feels well enough to come out again.

She's his calm in the storm that being a child of Ares brings into his life, he's sure that he would have gone mad if it weren't for her. Seungkwan is Hansol's biggest fan after seeing him rap and he somehow managed to rope Hansol into participating in the Camp's talent show with him. They proceed to cream the competition and Seungkwan is absolutely smitten (or makes a friend for life. I ship them too much sorry).

also, seungkwan wasn’t the only one smitten. hansolreally admires seungkwans confidence both on and off of the stage, and hethinks hes super cute as well. even though neither of them hasconfessed yet, they’re both really obvious about their crushes on the other,and all of the aphrodite kids (led by jeonghan and mingyu, obviously) aretrying to come up with a way to get them together so they both stoppining.

seungkwan and soonyoung made a game of it. they would ask him as many times as they could per week, and whoever dodged more of his hits won.

yes i do! i think he would be so funny with the fire power but also a huge liability because sometimes whenever he’s feeling a really intense emotion (such as anger, embarrassment, or arousal) flames just kinda appear without his control.
soonyoung and jihoon weren’t on great terms after one of soonyoung’s inventions cost jihoon the last capture the flag game of the summer, but since they both stayed at camp half-blood year round, soonyoung made it his mission to get the son of athena to forgive him. soonyoung came into the athena cabin one day, claiming he needed help with some scientific equations that were necessary to get his next invention working, and “who better to help me than the smartest boy in the whole camp?”
jihoon spent the next week with soonyoung in the forge, and by the time the two had finished the project they were working on, jihoon had not only completely forgiven soonyoung, but was also quite smitten with him now as well.

oh i am SO GLAD somebody asked me this! i literally ship EVERYTHING in seventeen…. i also love rare pairs (junsol, gyuhao, mingsol, wonhui, junhoon, 2han, literally anybody with seungcheol…) i am such a sucker for all of those ships, plus the good ole popular ones like jeongcheol and meanie and soonhoon
i honestly want to make so many headcanons with some of these ships but im afraid that if i do itll break the little universe i already have going on that has jeongcheol, meanie, and chinaline…
so you guys please let me know if you’d be interested in seeing some other ships (if so, don’t be afraid to ask for some!) or if you’d rather i stick to the existing ones (+ others with members not in any of the existing ships)
