option 1: 

  • asami & bolin: asami does all the work, and bolin presents it. they are a perfect team.
  • mako & korra: they bicker constantly and cannot agree on anything. eventually mako just gives up and lets korra take complete creative control, much to his chagrin. 

option 2: 

  • bolin & korra: they’re like “sweet! we’re gonna crush this!” and then forget about it entirely until the day it’s due, at which point they come up with a song and dance routine so charming they manage to pass with a decent grade.
  • asami & mako: they both do two entirely separate projects. asami’s is objectively better, so mako just throws his out, much to his chagrin.

option 3: 

  • all four of them work together: mako and korra fight over the project to the point of nearly throwing hands while bolin watches, eating skittles. asami does all the work. they get an A.

fun fact: motorcycle clubs in the U.S. were founded and run largely by gay men who missed the homosocial camaraderie of being in the U.S. military during WWII. the lifestyle and aesthetics of those motorcycle clubs gave rise to many of the stereotypical/classic gay “looks” (leather, chaps, etc) and indeed to the gay leather scene itself (both the gay male leather/biker scene and the lesbian/dykes on bikes leather/biker scene)

Just to add to this - the classic “metal look” that heavy metal rock came to be associated with (leather, studs, tight fitting clothes) was introduced by Rob Halford of Judas Priest, an openly gay man who says he was simply wearing the look from the gay leather subculture on stage, and people started imitating him.

So the two “iconically heteo” fixtures of masculinity - biker gangs and heavy metal music, are both actually just gay culture that heteros unknowingly adopted.

now you know who has no flaws? suki. because the writers forgot to give her any. that’s okay though we can make our own!

without further ado, here is:

a short list of possible flaws of suki’s that i just made up 

  1. she is constantly brushing her hair in public. she’s aware it’s gross, but she really urgently needs to look cool! 
  2. sometimes she’ll give sokka a supergirl-style kiss “for equality” and while sokka understands that gay women are entitled to do whatever it takes to dismantle heteronormativity, he’s never understood what kissing him like he’s got broken glass on his lips that she doesn’t wanna touch has to do with it
  3. she does not agree with trapping a bug and releasing it outside. she will always kill the bug. she thinks it’s important to send a message to the other bugs.
  4. sometimes she doesn’t wash her sheets for up to a month :-( and then sokka gets there and he has to valiantly go and wash them before they get into bed
  5. she is criminally bad at scrabble
  6. her handwriting looks like the random shapes formed by ants on a plate, rather than words and letters
  7. she does not read books. she says she doesn’t like them.
  8. if you come up behind her, she will attack you. and if she attacks you and then notices who you are, even if you’re her friend and she knows you’re no threat to her, she might still kill you anyway just to make a point
  9. she puts too much spice on her food and then no one else can share with her. she does it on purpose, too! she’ll add spice to a dish at a buffet! she is ruthless.
  10. she steals hotel towels and she is not sorry. she’ll never be sorry

okay, hope that’s helpful! those are some free flaws for suki that i just made up. now everyone has flaws!!! enjoy!!!

hi guys!! here are some more flaws for suki

  1. she has never once, not one single time, washed her own dishes 
  2. she refuses to leave the room if she has to fart :( you just have to take it
  3. if you invite her to your house and you have weed there she will STEAL your WEED because she believes it’s her right as a hot girl to take any weed in sight
  4. she will not allow her friends to pet street cats (this is actually not a flaw but a virtue, but it makes her hated among her friends)
  5. when she wants to steal your fries she’ll swoop her arm down and go “caw! caw!” and everyone at the table is like “???” and if she is really hungry she just might take a whole sandwich
  6. every time you ask her if you look good in an outfit she thinks about it and then she says “not as good as me.”

Friendly reminder that Kyoshi was Roku’s avatar guide (just like Roku was Aang’s guide). Queen-of-Getting-Shit-Done Kyoshi was bland milquetoast Roku’s main advisor. Like can you imagine, poor Kyoshi had to spend her life making up for that useless thot Kuruk who had the audacity to croak in his 30s, only to have a wishy-washy weak bitch successor. You bet your ass she told Roku to murder the shit outta Sozin as soon as he so much breathed in colonizer, but of course he spared him, because of ~*friendship*~ or some shit smh. The force of Kyoshi’s MASSIVE face palm after this happened actually created the Great Divide (this is canon). Y’all just know after Roku finally kicked the bucket, Kyoshi was waiting for him in the Spirit World, size 18 chancla in hand, ready to whoop his ass.
