“Don’t worry about it! You’re fine!” he chuckled. Watching as she spotted her sister and called for her. “So is it just the two of you here today? I came with my family but my little siblings ran off on their own. They aren’t quite as young as your sister though. So I’m just wandering around by myself now.” he said walking beside the girl.
“Hm?” She looked back, stopping dead in her tracks to face him. “Oh no, I’m here with my family too. My brother’s with his girlfriend, my older sister’s with her fiancé so I’m stuck watching the little devil.” Josie tightened her grip on the backpack draped over her shoulder, adjusting it to meet her liking to dispose of any unnecessary weight. “You’re welcome to join us if you’d like that is unless you’re some psychotic killer,” she teased, “which I trust you aren’t.”
