delicious frozen yoghurt bark
As the weather here in London actually does seem to be getting warmer (huzzah!) we’ve started experimenting with refreshing new ways to enjoy graze.
You can use any ingredients you like for this super easy Frozen Yoghurt Bark. All you have to do is…
- mix them into a big pot of your favourite yoghurt
- line a tray with cling film or a baking sheet
- spread yoghurt mixture evenly over tray
- put in the freezer for at least 2 hours
We’ve used fresh red fruits along with a graze punnet of Bounty Hunter, and finished it off with some crushed dried raspberry (because why not).
and here are some other tasty combinations to try:
- banana, honey and salted fudge & peanut cookie (peanuts, fudge pieces and mini chocolate cookies)
- raspberries, maple syrup and dark rocky road (pecans, cranberries and dark chocolate drops)
- blueberries, pistachios and super berries (dried goji berries, green raisins and cranberries)
If your frozen yoghurt bark is missing some graze goodness then try a graze box for free today!

Getting back on the wagon. Post workout selfies from 3.17.15. Back and bis and vascularity and stuff 😏
Harder. Better. Faster. Stronger. 3 weeks out progress. Not even flexing.
God I want this lighting. And body. Gonna go workout now lol
Child’s play right here I already can’t wait to start prep again and blow my previous physique out the water
