"Yeah, of course your dad's coming back soon.. at least I think his shift ends in an hour or so." He mentioned while walking with the girl's hand gently held in his, until her following comment, which made him blush to his ears, "N-No Momo, sharing a room doesn't mean sharing the same bed. We have a bunk bed and I sleep on the top one." The ginger murmured as he tried to cover his face with one hand to hide the blush, "Besides, w-we're not a thing, we're just friends and roommates, nothing else."
Trying to change the subject, he went back to the previous one about her father, "Anyways, I'll send him a text message just to make sure--" But when he reached to the pocket where his phone usually is and didn't find it, he remembered dropping it when he crashed into the child, "Oh oh oh, hold on, I left my phone back there! Ahaha I can't imagine losing it, it has everything in it. Full calendar, memos, phone numbers and pictures and all-- wow sorry, I just sounded like a super boring adult just now, huh?" He joked a little with the girl. He couldn't possibly stop looking like a cool young adult to her, right?
