This guy in my cheap vegan food Facebook group has been making the most unbelievably rich and beautifully textured nondairy cheeses from scratch and posting high-res macros of its melting and stretching capabilities and is now effortlessly dodging the ravenous mob of disgruntled vegans who keep descending upon him like street vendors in Marrakech with his beloved and cheese recipe of incalculable value clutched tightly to his chest
