Oh my gosh! I thought it was so beautiful. There aren’t a lot of good stories out there imho on men & boys who experience rape. You really carried “show don’t tell” in a way that I could feel something was very wrong, but I wasn’t told until the end, at which point I already had a good sense. The characterization made me care for the characters while each character was human and flawed in their own way. The pacing was perfect—it carried suspense without moving the plot too quickly, which is difficult to do. I read a whole lot of fic, and this was one that definitely struck me as standing out in professional level writing style, which I usually only encounter a handful of times every year (even though I read thousands of fics). I hope you keep creating! :)
So your fic Omega Protection Services and Breeding Rave are two of my favs, but I noticed that only Breeding Rave is up on AO3. Did you take the other one down?

Steve sitting on Bucky's face, Steve taking what he needs, slowing things down, making it last, making it torturously delicious because when's the last time he fucked just because he wanted to fuck? fucking never. Having read your intersex!Steve fics, I wasn't sure if you knew of other intersex or otherwise stories that were good out there. Also had a recommendation if you were interested in the Mass Effect universe at all: Breeder on AO3, by AshaCrone (it won't let me send a link). Most of the main series is fun, though later stories appear to be abandoned. The first one is done though.
Hmm I don’t know if I have any specific recommendations- there aren’t a lot out there! Hobbitdragon writes and draws trans avengers; you can check out http://archiveofourown.org/series/150315 and the other fics on hobbitdragon’s ao3. They write good queer sex that has trans characters that are empowered and people and not sadly pining for “normal” cishet sex. Thanks for the recs :3 i know nothing about mass effect, sadly.
I read the first fiction you wrote where Steve was Inersex/Trans... How do you think that works in your Headcannon/Universe? I'm intrigued because you wrote it so expertly
I’m sorry, I’m not sure I understand the question, so let me know if my answer is off target!
I probably wrote it decently because I am, lbr. I mean, I don’t have the same intersex condition I headcanoned for him (congenital adrenal hyperplasia), but either that or 5 alpha reductase deficiency (and many other intersex conditions) have been around forever, and would certainly be plausible. It would explain Steve’s short stature and low muscle mass, along with a bunch of other things. Particularly in the case of 5 alpha reductase deficiency, babies are usually assigned female at birth and appear female & are raised as girls, but once they hit puberty they masculinize (because their ovaries are actually testes) and they usually assume a male gender identity.
I had Steve headcanoned to have a uterus and ovaries and the whole shebang- but an adrenal issue that would cause him to create large amounts of androgens that would masculinize his body. Because he identifies as male (which, at the beginning only Bucky knows, though his mom has caught on and probably realizes he’s intersex, even if they didn’t have the name for it then) he is glad for the masculinization, but it does make his life a bit more dangerous.
I assume this would be difficult to pull off back then, but hey, barring intersex conditions that fuck with traditional notions of binary sex, there have also always been trans people around that pulled off all kinds of shit. There was someone assigned female at birth who fought in the civil war, was decorated, lived his life- and it was only once he had to be put in a nursing home that someone noticed his genitalia and made a big stink about it (and that’s why we have it recorded). There have been intersex and trans and gender non-conforming people around in all cultures for as long as we’ve recorded them, and they lived somehow.
