“I won’t accept anyone other than you as my wife.” Who knows what the future holds, but he sure as hell wouldn’t go looking at his future without her in there somewhere. “Take this as…an early proposal. It might be too soon to tell, but when we’re of age I’m going to ask you again. So you don’t have to reply now.” If she did, they both might get their hopes up for a future that may or may not happen.

             She could cry again, but she wouldn’t. Leave it to Hinata to say something so embarrassing. “You’re so cheesy. I can’t believe you really just proposed to me.” Despite the relative harshness of her words, her true feelings showed in the colour on her face and the way she looked down toward the ground once more. A finger reached out to prod his chest. “I’m taking this as a promise, so you’d better not back out of it, okay? I’m counting on you!”

           “You know I’m referring to all the pervs who would be looking at your magazines. I… don’t really mind if it’s me… o-or your close friends–!” He shoves his hands into his pockets, shrugging his shoulders. “If the maid gig isn’t giving you a lot, why not try waitressing for real?”

            "Waitressing for real...? I could give that a shot, I suppose. It sounds so difficult though.” She tapped her lips in thought. “If it turns out that it’s not so bad, maybe I could keep both jobs. Of course, it would be hard to manage the two of them on top of school...but then again, I’m Nobori Una! I can do anything!”

          “…You’re cute when you’re over-emotional.” Strong, but small hands run down her back one stroke after another to comfort her. This was his fault so he ought to be a bit more careful on the subjects, yet he felt that it needed to be spoken on even if it was just for a bit. They needed to be aware that it could happen whether they wanted it to or not. “Tears are probably ugly on me, huh. Hah!”

             His touch is comforting, but she pulls away to look him in the eye once more. This time, she’s prepared. “Tears don’t look good on anyone. Your face gets fat and puffy when you cry.” It hasn’t even been a year since she met him, but already, she can’t imagine life without him. Even if he isn’t always her boyfriend, the two of them have to be best friends in the future. She’ll settle for nothing less. “For what it’s worth, I think you’re the best boyfriend that someone could ever have. Even if you fall in love with someone else, I’ll support you. They’ll be a very lucky person!” 

          “Y-You wanna try…using…y-your mouhtjgiteojge.” He tried to play it cool and it CLEARLY did not work. He’s going to die. He probably won’t even make it long through enough to not have a premature orgasm. 

              “Are you sure you’re ready? Because that was a really funny sound you just made.” She wouldn’t be surprised if he lasted less than a minute. But some experience was better than no experience, and so, hands shaking, she gently undid his button and fly, leaving him the honor of actually presenting his length.

          He could imagine being apart and that only makes the pain worse. If something were to ever happen to her or himself, he wouldn’t know what to do. If just imagining it was this painful, there was no telling what despair would stir in their hearts. “I should really think more positive thoughts. This is starting to get depressing…” He inhales deeply, nuzzling further into bosom. “Mm. I don’t do this enough. I can hear your heart beat.”

             By this point, there was no telling when her tears would stop flowing. “I’m scared of the future, Shouyou-kun. I want to be with you!” She squeezes him a little tighter, just to reassure herself that he’s still there. “Mm, positive thoughts, positive thoughts...” A sigh. “Does it sound nice? My heart beat. It’s so strong I can feel it in my ears...! It’s a little embarrassing, actually. I’m just a bit over-emotional, I suppose.”

“Please, that’s so silly! I’m stealing everyone’s hearts with how charming and loving I am to all! I’m here to shine brighter than a black hole sun!”

        “Wow, you really know how to turn up the charm. I think you might even be better at working the system than I am, and that’s saying a lot. How did you even get into this business?”

          “…and how do you plan on doing that?” She’s got more balls than he does. Then again, he has more to lose if he were to screw up. Most guys do when it comes to women. Una could mess up and he’d still fawn over her like a love struck pup.

      “I---I, um.” How was she going to do it? There was more than one option. She scooted off his lap to look at the bulk of his appendage through his clothes. “Do you want me to use my hand? O-Or I could try with my mouth, but I can’t promise much.”

          ‘I’m not crying. It’s just sweat. It’s just sweat.’ He can’t be seen like this. He couldn’t help tearing up when hearing her sweet words. Everyone always went their seperate ways and soon enough, he’ll grow out of touch with his senpai as well as his girlfriend. He’d have to go through great efforts to make sure that DOESN’T happen. “U-Uhhh…Una, promise me. Promise me you won’t leave, okay?”

       “It’s not that manly to cry over this, is it?” But seeing him tear up was beginning to make her cry, so she reached up and cradled his head to her chest to prevent herself from having to look into his eyes again. There was no way the two of them could ever grow apart, was there? And yet, it seemed almost inevitable. “I could never leave you,” she whispered to him. “You mean too much to me for that. Besides, this is only high school. We can surely be closer together in university!”

          Ahhh–she’s small, but he really felt it when she sat down. He’s sure she could feel it to; the imprint of his manhood prodding her cheek which is what his intention was. “That. That is why you shouldn’t walk around naked with me here.”

       “Huh? What’s--oh my god.” Realization tinged her face pink. “That’s so vulgar!” As if her own behavior wasn’t. “Um. Do you need me to, you know...take care of that for you?” Because she was still nervous, but wasn’t this part of what being a lover entailed? She could do this!

“Now what sorts of ideas do you need to reevaluate, and how many of them would make me inclined to eating you whole? And yes, it really does take all kinds.”

         “Um, it’s not anything that awful. Please don’t eat me. You just...really didn’t seem the type for the idol scene, you know? I figured you more for the anti-idol type.”

          “I guess I ought to really treasure this time I have with you now then, huh? If you actually do make it big…you’ll be pretty busy…” And of course he’d be happy for her, but the thought of her making it and having little time to spare makes him feel a tad bit lonely. He shouldn’t take time spent with her for granted. “But the same goes for me if I’m scouted for the big leagues. We both have pretty big dreams.”

        “What? No, it’s not like that! No matter how busy I get, I’ll always have time for you. I love you, after all.” She rolled onto her tiptoes to give him a quick kiss before continuing. “Of course, I’d hope that you’d still have time for me even when you go pro.” But there was no telling just what the future had in store for them. Una would have to do better to cherish their time together. In her mind, the two of them would be together forever---no end in sight.

          “Nee, nee. Una-chan. Come sit on my lap for a second. I want to show you something.”

        “Whatever you’ve got to show me, can’t you show me from here?” But she moves to his lap anyway.
