On Monday, the Portuguese were stunned by a terrifying cloud over the island of Madeira. The bright orange formation looked as if it was a burning clenched fist

I look forward to Portugal: A Realm Reborn

There's a first for everything.....

So two nights ago, my group of friends (6 of us, 5 guys and me) and I were stalked by a stranger. Not sure about the others but it was a first for me. Like seriously, why us in the first place??? There were five dudes!!! We were taking a stroll in the city basking in the nightlife, enjoying each other's company. I saw the guy but didn't realise he had ill intentions. I was slightly frustrated that I let my guard down and didn't realise sooner. >< When one of my friends signalled that we were being followed, we tried to suss out the guy and afterwards tried to lose him in the crowd. Me being the only female in the group, all of my friends were making sure that I was safe and had two of them right beside me in case anything happened. At one point we thought we lost him, I was still on edge and scared until one of my friends (we'll call him N) shifted closer to me and had his arms draped over my shoulders in a protective way. That creep was still following us and I was on the verge of crying. Half of us went into a 7/11 the other half went to McDonalds close by. I was in 7/11 trying to calm myself down while N stayed close and the other one checking if the coast was clear. We both get the okay and join up with the other half. We lost him at this point but didn't want to risk it and hopped on a tram. Everyone was on edge and nervous. Afterwards, they all took me to the closest train station since I had to go home anyway and one of them walked me to the platform just for precautions. Thank goodness nothing worse happened and that we're all safe. Lesson learnt: be more aware of my surroundings, even if I have a guy with me DX On a more positive note, princes come in different forms. For me, it was five socially awkward Otakus. I wouldn't have it any other way. Despite something bad had to happen, it confirmed my opinion for each of them. There are genuinely good people in this world. And thank you N for indirectly giving me a shoujo moment www
