It’s been a long time since I’ve been on tumblr, but I have a situation that I want to share for the sake of spreading the word about what happened in my hometown almost 2 months ago. This site is very good about spreading information, so I hope this works in favor of him, his family, and friends.

On February 11th (a Thursday I believe), a 12 year old boy and his friend (middle-schoolers) were involved in a hit-and-run accident (texting and driving). They were walking to school and Devon, who left early that morning to take a pair of shoes to a kid who was being bullied at school, took the most of the hit and died early the next weak due to severe head trauma (no other injuries, just his head). His friend was only bruised, but witnessed the entire thing and also able to identify the driver, who is a student that I attend high school with.

While he was dying in a hospital bed, she was at a basketball game snapchatting with her friends. She told everyone with certainty that she’s not going jail. She told one of Devon’s classmates that she had a staring problem (I’m guessing she was staring because she was trying to figure out why she’s not in jail??). She has stated that she has refused to put her life on hold because of what happened.

Let’s not forget that while Devon was bleeding out on the ground after she hit him, she went to McDonald’s and bought breakfast for her and her boyfriend and came to school.

Like. Nothing. Happened.

Now, take a deep breath.

It is March 25th and there have been no charges. Her license has either not been revoked or she is still driving illegally (I saw her driving this week). She was not arrested immediately but told by our chief police to “get out of town”, so her and her mother left for the weekend. Chief police helped have her car repaired. Her and her father have been sending out threats because they can’t take the heat that they have been receiving and also some other shitty statements have been made by her (I was one of the ones threatened and I also have other screenshots of posts that she has made on social media).

This description is very vague and not very well put together, but I WILL post links to his Facebook page “Justice4Devon” (search it if you’d like) so you guys can get more information and also ways that you guys can help and support. We’ve harassed our local news channels and were able to get his story on the news, but we still need more. Our protest has already reached all the way to Indiana, Florida, and all over Alabama (where the accident happened).

the whole whispered brave moment of zayn and liam always makes me so emo because zayn is kind of in his own little world with this fond smile and look to his face as louis lists words that describe liam. then you see zayn just slowly nodding his head because he knows louis is right with his word choice, but then he whispers brave and it’s like he doesn’t even really notice he says it either. that fond smile is still on his face too and zayn just loves liam so much and thinks the world of liam. the moment is so beautiful i could cry

Why wouldn’t 1d or Liam say they helped with Zayn’s album? Especially Liam since he’s expressed tons of interest in producing and has contributed to other artists’ work and he’s looking at a 1d hiatus that could be full of producing? He could easily admit to it without it pointing to ziam being together, and it’s not like he has to uphold some image of him and Zayn not talking or hating each other. Would it just be because the only time he’d have had to work on it was when 1D was still together and touring and he was working on music for them?

If it were as easy as you make it sound, we wouldn’t have closeting and media narratives claiming Liam and Zayn haven’t seen each other in a year. Even before Zayn left, he and Liam were barely allowed to be seen outside of work together. Why do you think these things have happened??

It’s totally reasonable for Liam (or any member of 1D) to have contributed to Zayn’s album. However totally reasonable is not at all what they’ve been dealing with the past 5 years. Surely you’re aware of this. 

So the deal is as long as 1DHQ has a say (and as of now they still do), there will not be any Ziam on their watch. There will not be any OT5 either. The articles you’ve seen lately suggesting Ziam will reunite soon are the product of the new team laying the groundwork for undoing the old team’s damage.

Ah yes, I forgot Chiam is all about Liam protecting Larry and obviously not at all about how Liam’s been closeted since 2012 and undergone his own intense Exit Sabotage with 1DHQ trying to fuck him over that he’s been fighting against and Simon having it out for all of them, nope nope I forgot everything he does is about Larry and has nothing to do with his own struggles.

Me being me, I hit ha with the “girl, u gucci” before reaching down into my fanny pack and giving her one of the tampons I keep in there. By the look on her face you would have thought I did a magic trick and pulled 36 titty-tasseled bunny rabbits out that damn bag.

This is so sad. Why don’t y'all love y'all friends that menstruate? Like men will make whole guest rooms in their house just in case someone needs to stay. But god forbid that person menstruate, because I bet you won’t be no extra pads or tampons under that guest bathroom sink.

Like why? Y'all know literally like half this world goes through this?

Ugh anyway to all my menstruating friends, if y'all need it, know I got it. I keep some in my fanny pack when I go to the gym, and some in my backpack all the time. Never feel embarrassed for asking for one. Never feel embarrassed for being human.
