Kagome, Kazuma - 19 : Really clumsy and really cuddly. Kazuma is a nice guy through and through and really good at all kinds of sports, but he fails almost every other subject. He is also really fond of animals. One could call him Hisao's personal bodyguard. He wouldn't trade his twin sister for the world.
Kagome, Kazuna - 19: Kazuma's twin sister. She is a really intelligent girl with parents that only obsess about her brother and don't care about her in the slightest. Very mature. Kazuna wants to become a nurse one day and practices by taking care of Hisao. She envies her brother, but could never hate him.
Wakahisa, Hisao - 18: A depressed, sickly young man that suffers from multiple types of cancer. He is rather shy, but seems to get along with all sorts of people. Hisao rarely smiles and has kind of a deadpan humor. One thing that sets him apart from the other characters is that he hates people who basically 'kill themselves' through various things - like smoking, for example. He also deems himself not worthy enough of getting a girlfriend.
Fukui, Lucy - 17: A calm and mature young girl. She dreams of becoming an actress one day and often plays the female lead role in the plays of Oshiro Theatre. Lucy is half Japanese, half American and speaks both languages fluently. She is also a very picky eater. Priam was her childhood friend, but she hates him now. Her best friends are Haru and Aiko and she has a small crush on Hisao.
Tsukino, Aiko - 18: She is cheerful and friendly, but not as innocent as she might seem. Aiko lives on her own for a few years now, but she could be considered a member of Lucy's family. Lucy is her best friend and she looks after her all the time. Aiko has a thing for older guys - she even goes as far as flirting with her teachers.
Sato, Haru - 19: Haru is the oldest member of the group, but the one that behaves like a child the most. He has a nickname for everyone, plays the male lead roles in Oshiro Theatre and could be considered the one with the biggest heart of all. Haru always sees the positive aspects of life, even though he was thrown out by his family for having a boyfriend.
Takahashi, Priam - 18: He's the pretty rich guy of the group. Not only is he the most popular male of his entire school, he is also a bad boy. Priam was bullied for his first name when he was little, but these times lay in the past. He could be considered a player and has no problems with stealing girls from other boys. A huge scar decorates his arm, because he was set on fire once. Priam turned Lucy down when she confessed she had feelings for him, but fell in love with her years later. Surprisingly, he is Hisao's best friend and would literally take a bullet for his dying 'special snowflake'.
