hey guys its charlie. im 19 years old, afro-latinx, nonbinary, disabled and mentally ill (diagnosed major depression, generalized anxiety, bpd and ocd). i hate myself for doing this but i have no other options
im in an abusive home. my mom has emotionally abused me for as long as i can remember, neglecting my physical and emotional needs and favoring my sister always, and manipulating me heavily.
i wont go into detail, but a few weeks ago we got into a physical alteration in which she puched me in the face repeatedly.
if you’ve known me for more than two years, you’ll know I attempted suicide because of her just a while ago. im not safe here. my mental health is declining at an alarming rate and i dont know what to do.
I’ve been trying to look for a job here in PR so i can save enough money to move to the states, away from her, but if you’ve heard about the economy here, you know its getting even worse. my long distance boyfriend is helping, but he has his own living expenses and understandably cant spend it all on me.

again, im in serious danger here. i dont know the next time shes gonna try to beat me up, and i havent been eating so much so i dont have the strength to fight her back. i don’t know what i might do. my bf had to talk me off a ledge just last night.
