Got all the base gradients in, and now I get to plan the magic and directional lighting. Then its all fun details from there. ♥

I love doin a re-draw, and its a good way to ease out of an art block. So dragon mom re-draw it is! ♥ I still love the original, but she's almost a decade old now!

Was doodling some mermaid concepts today and couldnt get tiny Essek Thelyss out of my head 💜

Here's the Fjord evil AU piece timelapse! 

This one went through way more decisions and changes during painting than the first two.  I wanted these 3 evil AU pieces to be a triptych of sorts, and mesh well next to each other, and a big sea god just didnt fit in the background like I wanted.

Evil AU art of Fjord, had he pledged himself fully to his patron Uk’otoa, unlocked the serpent, and went on an absolute rampage across the Lucidian ocean starting with Darktow.

Heya all im down and out with Covid, and its taking a hot min to get over. Hoping to be talking and working semi-normal next week ♥ As soon as I feel better Ill get around to some art streams again.

Got some nice progress on Fjord today in the art stream! Both lights blocked in, the tattoo in and the water started. Still a lot to do but should be done next week!

I have decided that Ill be stopping with Evil Caduceus for just the 4 of them. Already done an evil Molly technically, and I have some pieces planned for the ladies later. But dont wanna push myself back into burnout mode ;D

I use Clip Studio Paint, and I paint on a Huion Kamvas Pro 24". I prefer a display device, but I also enjoy using a Wacom Intuos Pro, depending on where Im painting.

Thanks all that stopped by the art stream today. I loved chatting, and I got all the sky lighting pass done today for evil Fjord. Tomorrow I'm starting on the direct lighting and really getting into it. :D

Hell yeah. Im so glad people enjoy them. I am so happy with how they turned out!

Heya, I do have a society6 print shop, but its super out of date. Ill be cleaning it up this month now that I have more stuff in my painted style, and get it updated and will def post when its ready. :3

Unfortunately not any more. I went through a massive 3 year long burn out after my last job, so I had stopped them permanently cuz I couldn't guarantee i could work on them. I pulled back from social media and stopped posting for a while.

Im feeling much better now, so Im back to creating, but im just taking it easy now. Doin the 'what I want when I want' approach to art. Keeping it light so I dont burn out on my own.

I may not go back to commissions, but honestly Id love to eventually offer YCH (your character here auctions) or even request streams in the future, but Id announce those here and twitter well before theyd open.

PS: I know a bunch of my old clients still follow me and I just wanna say I miss you guys. I had some fantastic people commission me over the years and it was the funnest years of my art life for sure. ♥

I wont be able to maintain this art momentum, I've been a 4-6 paintings a year kinda gal. But im going to ride this inspiration wave as long as I can! 

My general goal this year is 1 painting a month, but really go wild on them with stuff I enjoy like fanart and environments. Just drawin whatever I want and hope people enjoy.
