The thing is, Buffy's choices and failures are so public, or have far reaching consequences, and the Scoobies are so quick to bring up/remind her of them as if she's forgotten her fuck ups. Please. Buffy Summers wines and dines her fuck ups, locks them in a mental attic and then brings them out to rattle the chains once in a while. What is the point of bringing them up repeatedly if not to punish her?
